It is in the middle of Assisi and it has a great view. We really enjoyed staying here, had a wonderful time.
I have to write on the day of arrivel on how will I get the keys and was informed, that I won't get anything until I send our IDs. Although, I understand that is a regulation of Italy, but I would expect the host to take the initiative, without waiting for me to reach out.

Appartamento luminoso e molto ben arieggiato, con panorama stupendo sui tetti di Assisi. Piccola cucina ben attrezzata, bagno e camera spaziosissimi e letti comodi. Piccoli negozi a brevissima distanza per comprare gli alimentari da gente del posto, la piazza principale a due passi. E' stato davvero un soggiorno piacevole, nulla da dire.

Ideally located with a lovely view, this apartment has plenty of space throughout. All the rooms (including the bathroom) are roomy, and it is also equipped with very good central heating for when it's needed.
The apartment is in a great spot, though the road nearby does see a fair amount of traffic at peak hours. Luckily, the noise isn't much of an issue from indoors, so it still feels private and quiet. One small thing to note is that there wasn't an electric kettle provided, meaning you’ll just need to use the stovetop if you're making tea or coffee.
