The best place in Assisi

You are few steps from Church of St. Francesco. Everything is walking distance. Room is amazing,clean and bed is comfortable. Toilet amazing. Parking is very close to apartman. Only 5 min. You have a row of steps, that is only problem when you are caring your suitcases.

Comfortable beds but cold room

Lovely new accommodation beside the Basilica of St Francis. Spacious room & beds are comfortable and good shower.

The room is really cold and the thermostat on the wall doesn’t seem to work. The Aircon looks on but no air seemed to be coming out of it. No staff on the location, all thru WhatsApp, which isn’t too helpful when you needed assistance.

A nicely updated clean and quiet room in a great location

The location of this place is walking distance to the Assisi church, the room is peaceful with a nice view outside. The room has updated furnishings, and the bathroom is also updated. The finishes of the updates are very nice. The room also includes a small fridge, kettle, tea/coffee. The bathroom is equipped with towels and soap/shampoo. Overall this place is clean, nicely updated, and quiet. Communication with the host was very good as you don't see them F2F.

Access to the room when we first arrived was a little difficult. More pictures and instructions to help navigate would be helpful. Remember to provide your passport photos in advance to get the instructions to enter the building for a smoother check-in.

My family had a very enjoyable visit to the town of Assisi and this property!

The location was fantastic with its proximity to St Francis Basilica , views are phenomenal out every window ! We had a large group and had the entire property to ourselves which was nice! Rooms were very clean and updated with nice bathrooms and toiletries. Would definitely stay again!

Not much space for relaxing in the evenings only a handful of chairs in the common area although the kitchen had a large table and chairs

Close to cathedral. Very clean but not suitable for disabled access. Parking not possible.

Extremely close to the famous Basilica if St Francis. The accommodation was very clean and close to restaurants.

Parking is a big problem. The accommodation is within the restricted zone (RTZ) so even entry is not permitted, however it is only approx. 100 m walk (on a steep hill). Is parking possible? I don't know, the contact staff are very unhelpful. I parked outside the RTZ but was was booked 40 euro by the police. The accommodation also has steep steps, unsuitable for disabled access.

This place simply shines....there are no more words. The position, the small garden, the view of the Cathedral, the space inside the room, the cleanliness, the bathroom with the rooftop window......fantastic! Next time we'll go back to Assisi I will definitely try to book the same place and the same room. Best place we stayed in years!!

Tutto, veramente tutto: posizione eccellente, a tre passi dalla Basilica ,staff molto cortese e sollecito nelle risposte, pulizia e biancheria perfette, stanza e bagno adeguatamente ampio. Soddisfatta e’ dir poco, sicuramente è la struttura che sceglierò sempre tornando ad Assisi!

Doterei la stanza di un ombrello a disposizione degli ospiti (mea culpa l'avevo lasciato in auto, nel posteggio soprastante9 Incrementerei un tantino di più il kit colazione (2 bustine di te, per 3 giorni e 2 ospiti - vero che avrei potuto acquistarle)

Nel frigobar non c’era nulla e non era manco refrigerante. Dalle foto si vede una cucina che in realtà non esiste ( non è consentito accedere) e avendo un bambino piccolo ho avuto un po di difficoltà.

La posizione della struttura, la semplicità di accesso tramite self-check-in, la camera e panorama dalla finestra, la dimensione del bagno, la presenza di piccolo frigo e bollitore con il necessario per prepararsi un the, la luminosità, la pulizia e igiene generale, lo spazio condiviso privato sia esterno che interno, la gran tranquillità nonostante la prossimità alla basilica e le vie centrali frequentate da pellegrini e turisti, la possibilità di parcheggiare in prossimità della struttura, anche gratuitamente (breve ma piacevole passeggiata necessaria).
