Definitely would stay again

We loved staying right at the center of old town. It is walking distance to all the three saints. The owner was the best part and made the stays the most enjoyable. Very clean and family atmosphere. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing. Just beware not to use google when you get off in front of old town after getting off Bus C. Take the road toward San Francesco basilica then Via S Francesco because the inclines are much easier to walk. Otherwise you will have to roll your luggage using stairs and steep inclines.

Cheers for such a cracking stay!

Had a lovely time here - everything was spot on. The directions were dead easy to follow and we found parking nearby without any hassle. The room was absolutely spotless, everything beautifully looked after down to the smallest detail. Alezandra was an absolute gem - so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, loads of choice and everything fresh and tasty.

Honestly can't fault it - not a single thing to complain about. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we'd be more than happy to stay again.

Magical place

Awesome stay! Loved every second of it. The B&B is really crntric and nearby foot of everything. The place is magical, comfy, and really lovely. Everything was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the hostess really nice. The bedroom and bathroom really spacious. I'd definitely be back.

Brunelli B&B was a beautiful place to stay and was a highlight of our trip to Italy.

Our stay at Brunelli B&B was excellent. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a menu to choose from the night before and then cooked upon your arrival in the dining room so it was hot and delicious. The room is located in a beautifully restored historic building with all the modern conveniences in the center of Assisi. Our hosts were very welcoming and kind. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend Brunelli B&B and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location in the centre of the old town. Beautiful private courtyard for guests where we enjoyed an aperitif every evening before dinner.

The host ,Alessia, was very welcoming and after arriving drove us back to our car to to look for an item we thought we might have lost. The bedroom was spacious and quite luxurious, the bed was very comfortable and everything to the last detail was well thought out. The breakfast was perfectly adequate for our needs.

We loved the location, our room (#2), the windows overlooking the town, which were ideal for viewing the special Good Friday procession. The modern bathroom was roomy and had good water pressure. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was, “the best we ever had” according to our 9 year old son (us parents agree). Thoughtful, kind, lovely all the way around. We would stay here again and again. We stayed for 3 nights. Allessia and Vanessa were beyond accommodating, helped us with taxis and took our breakfast order each day. They even put a surprise Easter treat in our room for our son. The location can’t be beat either. It’s in the middle of town but far enough from the main square to avoid some of the noise. It’s right next to the Brunelli shoe store, we’re sad we didn’t purchase shoes but will do so on our next visit. We’re in the middle of a three week trip. So far, without question, this has been our favorite spot! So special. What a find.

Awesome stay, would return here!

This place is in the heart of Assisi making it really convenient. The room was so spacious and clean. The staff/ Alessia was so lovely and breakfast absolutely delicious. Would not suggest bringing a large luggage here because of the stairs and no lift. But we brought a duffel bag so no issues.

Great place to visit and stay - as long as your aware of the distance from car park

In the centre of the village, clean, spacious

Booking.com advertise it with parking . There is no parking (as it’s in the historic centre). So a good 20 minute walk from nearest carpark, all up steep hill with lots and lots of steps. Even more steps when you leave - which if you have 23kg luggage like us, was a major problem

Excellent stay in a wonderful B&B

The staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is tasty with fresh fruit also and plenty of choice. The room we stayed in was large, cool and comfortable. Every aspect from linen to towels was of a high quality. Plenty of storage, excellent bathroom facilities. Whole premises was spotlessly clean. The location was also great for seeing the main sights. Steps are to be expected in Assisi but manageable here. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The room was very clean & the shades were dark enough to easily fall asleep. We almost slept through check-out. The location is walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. The gentleman who was there allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in to see the city. The views are incredible, too.

Personally, I'm scared of elevators, but I managed to walk the stairs.

Brunelli's location is excellent; we were right within the historic part of the city. Just a couple minute walk and we were right within the historic town square. The host was very warm and welcoming, helped us with navigating the city during our stay, and called a taxi for us on our way back to the train station. Also, breakfast was homemade and excellent!

The location of the B&B is amazing - right in the centre of the historic old city. Our host, Alessia, was very sweet and made us an amazing breakfast. She was also very helpful in guiding us towards the parking garage close to the location. Room and bathroom were very spacious, super clean, and very comfortable.

the room was beautiful and comfortable with a renovated bathroom with great facilities. we were in assisi during a heatwave and the room was always cool - even before aircon (and the aircon was a relief!!). the bed was comfortable and linens clean and fresh. also the courtyard for breakfast was pleasant and cool. the breakfast ordering system was helpful. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the location is perfect: short uphill walk to main piazza and longer but gentle downhill walk to basilica of st francesco.
