My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The staff was beyond helpful and courteous. Our room was spacious and perfectly clean. The breakfast was delightful, and the accessibility to the town of Assisi was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again

The place is very near the Basilica of St Francis and very much near to every important sites.Our room was clean and big enough, with all basic amenities. Also it's quiet despite the fact that when you go out it's on Assisi's Main Street. Alessia was very accommodating & helpful to our needs especially when we came very late due to Italian train strikes. Breakfast is serve according to what you wanted on the menu. We would always be happy to comeback to Brunelli.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much, the hotel is located in the heart of the city and close to all attractions. Everything ( cleanliness, staffing, comfort of beds and breakfast) is excellent. We got off at the Foligno station and the taxi fare to the hotel was $50. The fare from the hotel to the Assisi station was $22. You will have to climb 30 steps to reach the hotel office through the front door. However, there is a side door further up the steep street that can be used ( after check-in) to avoid the steps. We highly recommend this hotel.

This was our second stop on our Italy trip. Of the 3 places we visited, Assisi was by far our favorite. The B&B was a great location. Close to the Basilica of Saint Francis as well as the center of town. I would have appreciated more detailed instructions for getting to the B&B. We arrived at the train station, got on the Assisi link bus but got off what we thought was too early. We were intimidated by the hills and chose to get a taxi, which cost about 20 Euros, but brought us directly to the B&B. Had we known, we would have just taken a taxi from the train station. If you have luggage, the hills are no joke. On our way out of town we walked down to the bus to get to the train station, but getting up the hills would not have been fun with luggage. The B&B itself was very nice-comfortable, clean and offered a nice breakfast. I would highly recommend this location. The staff are friendly and helpful, but not around except in the morning, which was fine for us. We loved our visit to Assisi!

If I ever go back to Assisi I will definitely stay here again. Fabulous location, great hostess and breakfast served in either the courtyard or dining room each morning. Our large room had windows which we could open onto the street and a modern enormous bathroom. This has been one of my favourite stays so far during our six week Italy trip. We hit the jackpot when we found Brunelli! Very conveniently located, the rooms were spotless and the staff (Alisia) was great. Several excellent restaurants nearby and the breakfast has a nice variety to choose from. If you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you but Assisi is hard on anyone with mobility issues.

The hotel location makes it difficult by car. But that is probably true of all Assisi hotels- very narrow streets and most one way. Do use the directions link the hotel sends, not GPS. Will save a lot of frustration. Assisi is a wonderful city to visit and the Hotel Brunelli is very clean, comfortable with a nice breakfast. Delicious croissants! The staff there is lovely and helpful.

Lovely stay at Brunelli B&B. Alessia was a star, picking us up from the airport and making sure we were happy throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet location just a very short walk from the centre. Recommended!
