La vicinanza al centro e alla Basilica e ai parcheggi.
Lo staff che ci ha cambiato la stanza per ben tre volte prima al secondo piano poi al terzo ed infine a piano terra una stanza piccola e scura contrariamente alle precedenti che erano più grandi e con più luce. Ia prima colazione era un po deludente e soprattutto servita al bar dentro la struttura per niente riservata dove poteva entrare chiunque andava al bar.
