Assisi Panoramic Rooms is a great place to stay. It is right in the historic center of Assisi close to every attraction and restaurants. The room is very nice and the view is fantastic. Staff is very welcoming and provided assistance and support so ot was easy for us to arrive, find a parking place and get to the room. Great place. I will certainly come back.

Breathtakingly beautiful location, clean & wonderful hosts!

We could not have been happier! The owners were so kind, welcoming, and helpful when we had questions. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully outfitted…the view is really something to behold! The location is very nice - close to many things. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return soon!

One of the best views in Assisi

An excellent choice for staying in this gorgeous town. The host Michele was in constant communication before my arrival. He arranged for a taxi to pick me up from Foligno station and was waiting to check me in when I arrived. He had a great list of recommendations for meals in the area and was always available via messaging if I needed anything. The room was exceptionally large with a well sized bathroom. Try and get a room with a balcony overlooking the valley. Waking up to that view every morning was priceless. The rooms have a kettle, mini fridge, air conditioning, a desk & open storage (chest of drawers and more than enough hanging space). The bed was extremely comfortable. There are plug points near the beds as well as at the desk. Wifi was fast and reliable. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the Basilica of St.Francis. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Assisi. I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful views, peaceful place and helpful host.

Our Host Michele gave us such a warm welcome, letting us check in early and then giving us a free upgrade to a huge room with a wonderful view over Assisi and we sat on the balcony in the early Spring sunshine. it’s so comfortable, modern and peaceful. The ideal place to unwind for a couple of days.

The place only offers rooms. The location is perfect and in between the Basilica of St. Francis and the town square. The view is stunning, just make sure to check whenever you are booking that you are booking the one with a view. The room and bathroom is perfect with ample space. There's both heating and airconditioning. Michele is also super nice and helped us arranged a taxi going to and from the train station (cost is fixed at 15€) which is super practical considering the steep streets which are inconvenient when carrying a luggage. Wifi is also strong and electronic outlets are also sufficient for all. We will definitely book this again next time we are back on Assisi.

the place is absolutely amazing. its even better compared with the pictures. everything in the room is new and very nice decorated. we had a 3 beds room, big, with a balcony and an amazing view. the host is super nice and helpful. i definitely want to come back. everything was just perfect.

The view of the valley is incredible, the balcony is good-sized, the bed is comfortable, not loud at night (or in the morning), big bathroom, the owners are very kind and helpful, air conditioning has an air filter

4 days between cleaning is too long when you have no way to clean the room yourself. The towel dryer did not stay on so towels were always wet.

Absolut unvergesslich

Es war wirklich perfekt und wir werden dieses Appartement und den Vermieter gern weiter empfehlen. Michele hat uns super Tips gegeben und uns beim Bäcker gegenüber einen Cafe spendiert. Die Einrichtung ist nagelneu und sehr geschmackvoll und alles war super sauber. Das absolute Highlight ist aber der Balkon und die Aussicht..auch am Morgen beim Aufwachen vom Bett aus zu genießen. Wirklich die schönsten Momente des ganzen Urlaubs. Danke nochmal dafür.

De kamer was goed uitgerust op een geweldige locatie in de stad. We werden ontvangen door een vriendelijke vrouw die haar best deed om ons tips te geven om de stad te ontdekken. Ook konden we gemakkelijk via Whatsapp communiceren wanneer we vragen hadden.

Molto bello

Camera piccola ma accogliente, pulitissima, moderna, bagno piccolo ma funzionale, bella la doccia. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, rapidi nel rispondere alle mie richieste. Sicuramente sceglieremo ancora questa struttura nel caso decidessimo di tornare ad Assisi.

La scala molto ripida ma capisco che sarebbe impossibile cambiarla.
