Great place, at least for the special rate I got. Checking in at the reception seemed to take unnecessarily long, but staff was nice. The one thing they should improve is signage (room # also after the elevator, a stair from 1st to ground floor was just labelled Treppe, and only led to the pool). Great lounge/work area. Direct tramway to city center. I'll be back for another good rate.

They didn’t inform that they don’t clean rooms unless you ask for it. So I didn’t get fresh towels or anything. The phone did not work and the line to the reception was massive.

Very nice hotel outside of the center of Zürich. It's far off from town but very easy to get around with the tram. No problem at all. Supermarket just around the corner. A lot of very nice restaurants in the area. We came for a concert and really enjoyed our stay!

Booked as part of a family trip with my elderly disabled mother. Due to extenuating circumstances I could not travel. I had 2 rooms booked. I asked to change the dates or cancel but the hotel were completely unsympathetic. The hid behind "contact the booking agent" when we all know that could have refunded if that wanted. Its a shame as I was a returning customer and my trip was delayed not cancelled, but because of the appalling attitude of the hotel I wont bother booking here again. I understand business, but empathy and good business ethics will give you more in the long run.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel whilst in Zurich. The hotel is located adjacent to the tramline, which takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the main station in the city centre. The staff brilliant, friendly and helped us with information getting to the Lindt factory without having to take an expensive tour. The rooms themselves are unique decorated, clean and the area is safe. I would stay at this hotel again if I was to return to Zurich.

The hotel is about ~15min away from the town if you take the tram. The tram station was very close to the hotel, ~1min walk. There were 2 coop supermarkets nearby. Very quiet area. The price was much cheaper than hotels in the town. The room was spacious but not cleaned thoroughly. I found a contact lens on the headboard. Minibar was included, with 2 bottles of water, 1 bottle of beer and 1 bottle of coke. The electric socket placement is not well thought of. If you plugin an EU to UK plug adapter, the adapter will be holding down the light switch, which is located right above the plug socket. The toilet was basically a wet room. I really didn’t enjoy that. I stayed at 3 different hotels in Switzerland during this trip, and this was the only hotel with a wet room. Also, the temperature of the water from the shower head was very unstable. Sometimes it got extremely hot, sometimes it got freezing cold. Having a shower there was torturous. The room is acceptable but the toilet is a big no no for me. Maybe the unstable water temperature is not much of a problem in the summer. But we went there in late spring, which was still very cold.

Stayed with my family and the room, has a bathroom with a window into the bedroom. Not described on booking and not appropriate. Heard every train, tram and person going past. Hotel is clean, bed is not terribly comfortable. Staff were nice.

Nice place to stay, lovely room and bathroom was nice. The restaurant downstairs was lively and had good food and drinks. Although it almost seemed like a night club downstairs, we didn’t hear any noise in our second level room. It was nice that it had a lot for parking.

Wonderful, friendly hotel. Not in centre but not far with the direct, frequent no.4 tram. Location also has good vibe, museums, and vibrant life. Hotel rooms have good aircon, free minibar and a Freitag bag to borrow. Hotel has pool table, table tennis, bike facility, car offer, sauna, gym, etc. Breakfast is very very good, but expensive.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were super friendly and helpful, the sauna was great, nice watching the world go by at the same time. You can also enjoy a game of pool, table tennis, table football for free. The hotel is right beside a tram stop, with trams every few minutes, so it was quick to get to/from the centre or the main train station. Lots of cool places not too far from the hotel including Freitag Tower, Frau Gerolds Garten, Viadukt Arches, Collective Bakery and lots of others. Free mini bar in room. Suggestions for improvements would be better lighting in the bedrooms and also the addition of some USB ports would be abonus. Other than that we would definitely look to stay here if visiting Zurich again and would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was great, a little far from everything we wanted to do be we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, spacious, the bathroom was large and it had AC. A perfect accommodation for a short or long stay. The staff for breakfast was a little rude but besides that, everyone at the desk were helpful and kind.
