I’ve used this hotel a lot - fantastic location for everything the city has to offer and a 12 o’clock check out. Good sized and quiet, comfy rooms and amenities. Good customer service. Comfy beds. Only one small thing - bathroom door (glass) needs a really good clean. Everywhere else spotless and not sure why this wouldn’t be the same but maybe simply overlooked. Otherwise, always my favorite go to hotel in Nottingham

The room was fabulous, it had a really comfy bed, the pillow's were perfect, the room itself was extremely spacious, there were little extras like we had biscuits left with the tea and coffee and an ice bucket which we used. The towells in the bathroom were huge and soft. The reception staff were super friendly and we were able to check in really early when we arrived instead of having to leave our luggage. Excellent hotel.

There is no way this is a 4 star hotel. Fine for a basic stay in the centre if you can’t find another that meets your needs. The reception staff were fine although there was a brief interrogation when arriving back into the hotel in the evening to prove you were staying there - not sure if they get people coming in off the street from bars etc. There is no soundproofing so you can hear everything from indoors and outside.

Really nice room, large for the price. TV is always top notch to use and internet speeds decent enough for streaming and working. Only thing I felt was lacking was breakfast. After seeing how great the hotel looks in all other areas I expected a breakfast on the same level but it felt very underwhelming. Wasn’t much selection but good enough to fill yourself up.

Park Plaza is a reasonable choice, price considered. I had to ask specificaly for access to the gym, and it really was a minimalistic gym... but OK. It is clean, and the staff is not the worst - not the best either...

Well, we were expecting good things, and there were some. But the bad first. No decaff ground coffee for breakfast, I had to go up to my room where there was a pod machine with decaff pods make the coffee and bring it back down to breakfast. The bed side lights were on the wrong sides so I switched my wife on and my wife switched me on. The television kept switching off and or going to a black screen and there were no radio stations to select. The restaurant ran out of prawns. But the food we did have was wonderful, I found the bed comfortable and the staff accomadating except for the decaff. The central carpark, £20 for the day, very useful.

Really difficult to get to hotel. Can only approach from the North, and city centre is a maze of one way streets, no left/right turns, bus lanes, no entry except to buses etc. Finally found car park to be told by hotel, "No spaces except for pre-booked" even though hotel was less than half full. Hotel sends pre-arrival welcome email but fails to mention dire car-parking and the need to pre-book. Will not stay again.

I booked the room. I was very happy with the photos of the room and the price. On arrival the superior room they gave me was horrible, it was tiny. I went reception, showed the photos and he told me the two did not tally. But he upgraded us to the Executive room which was the photos shown. The room was lovely. Amazing size and very comfortable.

Location spot on, staff friendly, breakfast lovely, room clean and spacious. Beds very comfy and toiletries smell nice. Only negative was we couldn’t get in the hotel car park but found one nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Rob on the front desk was as friendly and welcoming as ever and the rest of the team we interacted with were equally wonderful - from the bar staff through to the maintenance man I shared a lift with when checking out. There’s a reason we keep coming back to this hotel time and time again, and that’s the people.

staffs were wonderful. BUT the room can be more guest friendly Full control of lighting only from one bedside(twin room). No response on intercom when first arrived at the parking gate,necessary to open the roller gate. No response from "operator, receptionist" or any human contact when dialling from the bedroom phone, when further information is needed apart from the QR codes. bathroom Sanitary plastic bag holder empty. provision of slippers would be appreciated.
