Close to city centre with good AC.
Despite a king room being booked (and guest +1 name provided), only had coffee pods and slippers for 1!

Despite a huge mix up with the rooms I have to thank Lewis for sorting everything out for us in the end. Dealt with the situation brilliantly.

I booked this room with high expectations, especially after seeing the reviews about the breakfast. However, it has not lived up to what was advertised, particularly considering the price charged. I had to pay for the BF in addition to the huge cost for the room which was disappointing.
