Location was perfect as we arrived by train, and the hotel was within walking of the city.
Staff were super helpful and polite.
Bed was very comfortable.
Check in easy.
More variety for the continental breakfast. For example, a fruit salad or mixed berries.

The hotel was easy to find, very clean and comfortable good breakfast and very friendly staff.
The shower was quite small , but everything else ok.

Just a couple of minor issues..
The shower room light was on a timer and the light went off whilst I was showering and the detector didn't detect my movements leaving me completely in the dark.
I couldn't get the TV remote to work.

Unable to comment as didn't stay and changed hotel as we didn't realise it was a shared bathroom and not en-suite so not suitable for several reasons.
