Great location, I would definitely return.

We stay in Nottingham yearly in different places and have found this to be a great location, easy to find. The property was also very clean with everything you might need.

The only downside was (unless it was user error) we couldn't get the aircon to stay on consistently and without it the property gets very hot. Also despite needing a code to get through the door which led to the door to where our apartment was, the code didn't work and the door would open freely.

Nice, but noisy.

Great location on face value and beautifully decorated. Bed was 10/10 comfort.

Unfortunately the property backs on to the tram overpass. From 01:00 onwards there was a small independent rave set up under the bridge and the noise was horrendous. It carried on until gone 06:00. Not directly an issue with the apartment itself but not sure how regular these raves are and I wouldn’t book again because of this.

Excelent location, very clean but needs to advertise properly on booking.com to avoid disappointment

Location, cleanliness and staff

The Calverton suite was described and advertised by booking.com as 1 double bed and a separate living room with a sofa but it was only one room and I paid for 2 rooms and if I had known that it was not what was described I would have chosen a different suite in Heritage Mews as I liked the Mees but my room was far too small for 3 guests.

Great location, comfortable and very secure.

Location of the property was amazing, really nice pubs, restaurants and city centre all within very close walking distances. Felt very secure in the property and had a very good night's sleep, comfortable and well decorated.

The only one thing I would say that could have been better is the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Disappointed

The location.

The 4 poster bed wasn’t the one in the picture, I was expecting light and airy and there was a big dark gothic overbearing 4 poster bed. There was a big damage deposit but there was a burn mark on the carpet already and the room looked tired. The bed was very uncomfortable and the springs poked through the old mattress. I had to put the throw from the bed over it to try and help. It was disappointing but I can see that it was once lovely and is a lovely space.

Really good location and the apartments decor was beautiful. The bed was also nice and comfortable.

The glasses in the cupboard were absolutely filthy and we couldn’t find the tv remote for the bedroom.

Not very clean

Good location, if not a little intimidating to find the entrance through a crowd of drunks.

I didn't like the 250 hold on my account, or a need to give my driving licence details. The place wasn't very clean either. Lipstick on a cup, pillows on chairs with stains, some brown stuff on the window. Light switches that seemed to do nothing, and a bedside lamp was broken.

Okay stay

Central location, near lots of restaurants and pubs, close to car park. The property was well equipped and had everything you'd need. Host was easily contactable.

We booked our stay for 4 people but the sofa bed wasn't made upon arrival. We were told it had to be requested (which had not been made clear when booking). Carpet was not the cleanest. Mattress was very soft.

Brilliant location for a city break!

This apartment was in a perfect location for central nottingham and yet it wasn't loud or noisy when trying to sleep at night time

the contract information is a little misleading as the agreement says you must pay £150 as a holding deposit. However upon online check in through the 'check in' platform you are actually charged £250 and at the minute i'm not sure which amount will be returned to me!!

Cosy and convenient.

I had everything I needed. It was comfortable, clean and modern. It also felt nice and safe which I really appreciated as a solo traveller.

It would have been so perfect had there been sound proofing on the adjoining walls! I could hear the tv and even my neighbours chatting the walls were so thin. I was woken in the night by neighbours too who were not being unreasonably loud. I had seen reviews noting this but took my chances being quite a deep sleeper. Sadly I didn't manage to avoid this. A simple fix and if done this is such a perfect little spot in the city!

Beautiful apartment with great facilities.

It was little difficult to find as it’s on a little side road but once there we were really impressed. The Broderie Suite was exactly as pictured, with everything we needed. The temperature was lovely and toasty, perfect for this time of year. Tea and coffee in the kitchenette, a Smart TV, and sockets everywhere. Lots of parking available so if you choose to drive it’s no issue. If I’m ever in Nottingham for a few days and want the freedom to cook I’d definitely book here again!

There was only washing up liquid as a cleaning product so nothing to wipe down the kitchen counter. Also no dust pan and brush (at least I didn’t see one)

Not a fan of additional £250 deposit.

The location was great.

It’s probably in the small print but I wasn’t aware of the additional £250 deposit required before be given access code. The property was quite tired and felt there could be a risk some previous damage may be assigned to me. That didn’t happen but would definitely put me off staying at the property again.

I am sorry but apart from the location this was awful it was so so so small. We were travelling with our son, the sofa bed was placed 'as an ottoman would be' at the end of the bed, once we unfolded the sofa bed and made the bed (sheets did not appear clean) and huge dark stain on mattress of sofa bed, there was barely room to move in the 'studio' . This was a studio not a bedroom and living room as listed on Booking. com- very misled and misrepresented online. bathroom like a WC in an airplane. could barely move in there. sheets definitely did not feel clean and bed very uncomfortable.

Having to make the bed ourselves. We had power cut in the middle of the night abd we were woken up with the emergency light. Power cut left us with no water and no electricity. Once the extra bed opened there was no where to move or walk.

Pleasant but was expecting more for the fee.

Generally the amenities were good - self service checkin, hot water, coffee machine and a mini kitchen, large TV in front of bed and lots of natural light.

Images online were more ‘luxe’ than true reality - carpet wasn’t really fully clean, carpet damp from previous tenant leaving window open and not being dried, light bulb in one lamp not working as well as some overhead lighting and mattress not hugely comfy. It’s a great central area but noisy as it’s right next to a bar with loud music.
