Very clean and smart with all the facilities you need. Location is great for the station and cricket/football grounds. Very good service / communication - cleaner even bought my washing in for me whilst I was out.
It was very hot even with the fan provided but it did help a little (a key to the bathroom window may have helped circulate the air better). The door to my room (No. 4) was very difficult to lock so ended up leaving it unlocked a number of times.

Superb value for money, super clean and comfy. Host was exceptionally friendly and instantly replied to texts when needed. Located less than 10 min walk from train station and paid car park. Room had ammeneties to make hot drinks, fan, hair dryer, storage for clothes/case. En-suite bathroom had necessities (soaps, shampoos, more than enough towels). Other guests in house were respectful of quiet hours and communal areas were immpecably clean.
The room door was fiddly to lock - but the host immediately responded to texts and video called to reslove issue.

Great location close to station and Trent Bridge cricket ground.
There was a slight ant issue in the property and not ring able to properly open the bedroom window made it unbearably hot, although temperatures were extreme during our stay. Also note there is not ‘free parking’ as advertised on the booking.com description. The recommended option at a local health centre is cheap, £4 for 24 hours, but this runs from 12pm so not much use if you arrive before then. This caused us a fair bit hassle as it was not easy to renew ivia the ring go app
