West walk house

This is a comfortable, clean accommodation in an excellent position for central Nottingham, at a budget price. Room was spotless and I slept well. Bathroom small but clean and new, with toiletries and towels provided. I really appreciated the tower fan to help keep the room cool also! I had everything I needed and the ij room fridge was a real bonus. The communication from the host was excellent and v responsive. It was clear that they cared about the happiness of their guests and wanted to ensure the best experience possible. We were given a permit for on street parking too which was a huge help. I’ll be back! Also this is a great area! It is as safe as any other city centre location. Sneinton Market is buzzing, top notch DIY music venue across the road, great pub at the King Billy 2 mins walk away, Hockley and Lace Market 5-10 mins walk, all manner of good eats and vibes in abundance.

Nothing to dislike really, just to note the common areas are a little scruffy but this wasnt reflected in the room I stayed (room 1). Bring an eye mask and ear plugs if easily disturbed because you can hear others above and on the stairs, and the corridor light going on and off was noticeable from inside the room at night. I slept like a log.

Very close to the city. Walkable. Good car park. Staff is friendly and responsive. Stay was good.
