Lovely staff, happy to store bags and offered discounted early check in. Nice late checkout. Good hairdryer. Tea and coffee in room, perfect for a night or two.

Speedy check-in and friendly staff.
Clean rooms with basic amenities (no fridge, safe or iron though).
Considering its bustling central location, it’s relatively peaceful once you’re inside.
Great City Centre location. Good bus and tram transport links. Close to so many great places to eat - spoilt for choice.
The single beds seemed smaller than normal.
I found the room a bit stuffy and warm, but that’s because I typically sleep with my windows open. The person I was sharing with felt the room was cold.

Good price for a city centre hotel. Ideally located. Staff very friendly & welcoming. We were able to check-in early for a additional fee.
Slightly noisy outside, however, this was expected owing to the location and this is no fault of the hotel. The parking opposite had a height restriction which meant our VW van had to be parked a 10 min walk away with no discounted rate. Again, not a major problem but it would have been good if we had known this prior to booking.

It was a really hot day and night but the air cooling/heating system in the room was excellent - once switched on, it automatically adjusts the temperature to 20 degrees, which is perfect.
