The staff were lovely Room was big and spacious Breakfast was good and filling The lake view or pond, with breakfast is nice Dogs are allowed so I got to say hello to some puppas

Decor like a 1980s dorm room Toilet dirty Carpet dirty. Roadworks all round property. A 5 minute journey across campus took an hour. Explained this to staff and booked their other hotel the orchard which is excellent as are the staff. I complained and move out within an hour. No refund of any kind offered. Only lies saying I had not complained about any thing. Avoid at all costs if I were you.

Book somewhere else for a good night's sleep

Stayed here for 2 nights. The atrium is used as a bar. The noise travels up to all rooms the overlook it. This means there's no chance of you getting to sleep before 1am if a bunch of people stay up drinking and talking. There are several doors that bang closed. The sound carries through the hotel late at night. Poor water pressure, lukewarm.

Nice looking hotel if you were up for joining in with your neighbours conversation

Room size, large window, ironing board and iron full size mirror.

Exposed wires on twisted cable of hair dryer. If you sat up in bed it would slide forward and we had to wedge a chair at the end of the bed. The view was not the best. The main problem was the sound proofing, or the lack of. We stayed in room 218 and you could hear every single word that was being spoken from room 217. It was as if they were in the room with us, and then from midnight it changed from voices to moans!!! Very very disappointed

My go to Hotel in Nottingham

This is my go to hotel when staying in Nottingham. All the staff are so friendly and professional and provide fantastic customer service. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are so comfortable it makes for a great night's sleep. The outside space is lovely and peaceful overlooking the lake. Breakfast is varied and of a very good standard. Location is great as its only a short drive to the centre of Nottingham. Free parking is available right in front of the hotel.

Nothing. Maybe a small suggestion would be to have a body wash and shampoo dispenser at bath height as this is only accessible when taking a shower.

Location really good for local buses into the city centre. Quiet hotel, even when functions are taking place. Beds really comfortable and luxurious toiletries. Good breakfast.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. It was very easy to get a taxi. Tea facilities were good. Overall my stay was excellent

A nice room, in a quite surroundings, closer to University buildings.

I bought the breakfast on-site, it was sufficient, not very diverse, but filling. The room was very large, with a comfy and also large bed, really a very good place to relax and sleep. The view was in the interior garden, nothing extraordinary. It is a nice place to stay, but not very central, closer for the University and other student accommodation.

I would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room, I arrived late from the train station and went directly to the room, there was no water to take some medication with.

Fabulous, comfortable and the best pizza

Great location with parking, lovely outlook. All the staff were polite, friendly and professional, I stayed for 2 separate nights, in two different rooms, I struggle with being comfortable and sleeping in hotels but the bed and pillows here were really comfortable and I slept well. Their Mediterranean pizza from the bar is absolutely delicious. Definitely would stay here again.

Attending a function in town

All the staff, reception, bar & breakfast were very helpful and polite. Breakfast itself was excellent with a good selection on offer, with quality ingredients, well prepared.

If I am going to be critical of anything it would be a better selection of beer at the bar. Otherwise, there is nothing to dislike about the facility and my stay.

Nice quiet stay, close to the city

All the staff were very friendly. We stayed with our dog so had a room with a door which led out onto outdoor decking and a raised grassy area surrounded by other dog friendly rooms. Nice walk around the uni grounds with plenty of green space for our dog and well lit at night.

There is no air conditioning in the room, we couldn’t leave our door open because other rooms with dogs had access to the outdoor area. There was a small fan in the room but didn’t really help so the room was very hot.

Worth a stay

Love the campus, and the view up the lake from the room was lovely. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend staying there even if you're not visiting the university. It's on easy access routes into Nottingham city centre.

Directions to the venue: Some informative directional information could have been useful if travelling by public transport - for example, from the City Centre to the venue. Possibly that is also an issue for Nottingham City and for the University - there was no sign-posting to the Jubilee Campus from the city centre until about 300 metres from the entrance. Between Booking.com and the Hotel - too many emails. Once booked and before arrival, I received 13 emails from Booking.com and the hotel. Many had the same heading which made locating specific details tiresome; while many of the emails largely repeated information sent previously.

Lovely stay

I has some requests while at the hotel that were dealt with very promptly by the very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices Everything was spotless. Hiring a taxi was so easy with the push of a button. Heating in the room was excellent. Being able to stroll around the lake and sit outside was so soothing. Thank you to everyone at the Jubilee.

There was no automatic connection to Netflix, Prime etc. I could not find information in my room regarding Guest access and password but that was probably just me! The duvet size was too small but it was remedied by the staff, as was the, milk and sugar that were in short supply as I do not use sweeteners.
