Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble.

Located well for getting into central Nottingham, good parking facilities. Reasonable prices for food and drinks. Great rooms and lovely linen.

We had a premium king room. The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The staff were friendly and helpful

Not exactly worth the higher price we also had a standard and the only real difference was the nespresso machine. Mini bar and bathroom extras. The towels were soft but if your larger they aren't going to cover you. We arrived 45 mins before checkin and our rooms were ready but to access them it was £10ph

A pleasant stay but unfortunately the dinner service was appalling, the spa wasn't great

Great Hotel and lovely staff. I would stay again.

The beds were really comfortable - especially if you like a firmer bed. The room was also a great size for two people, bigger than expected, and the bathroom waswell presented and laid out.

There was a little bit of black mould in the bathroom - not too much cause for concern but still a little unsettling for an otherwise great hotel.

Nice hotel - decent price and met our needs (with dog)

Nice hotel, good location in proximity to where I needed to be. Ample parking, pool, restaurant. Reasonable room price. Dogs allowed made things much easier for us. Breakfast was nice. The shower was amazing - brilliant water pressure :)

The double room was tiny. I had to squeeze through between the bed and the wall mounted TV to get to the other side of the room. The twin room my daughters had was way bigger, a decent size. At the time of booking, I was unsure of the parking charge and unaware that there was an additional charge for the dog. They didn't have our Booking.com reservation on their system, which lead to some anxious moments. After showing the booking confirmation from the Booking.com e-mail, they entered it into their system and gave us the rooms. Carpets in rooms and common areas need replacing.

Not great due to extra costs - I will not stay there again out of principle

The parking charge for parking is too expensive in my opinion - it’s on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre - I had to pay a £50 deposit which I was not aware of - room £60 - parking £12 - deposit £50 - I paid £122 which is outrageous. The deposit is refundable but it’s a shock to have to pay that and have it come out of my account with a 1-7 days payback time

Excellent value for money, great curry house (Massalla Junction) diagonally opposite the hotel.

Excellent receptionist, who was both informative and helpful about local area, where to eat and drink locally. Room was clean and a decent size, bathroom had a really great shower.

Coffee machines at breakfast weren't working. One was broken, the other didnt have any coffee beans in it !!

The gym is like a teenage boys room and smells the same.

We pre book our meals but then this was missed making us feel like we were lying rather than checking their system. When the food did arrive it was cold and under seasoned.

The hot tub wasn't working and the pool area was dirty.

Breakfast was excellent and the bar area was comfy. Also like the 12:00 check-out time. Price for 2 nights was very good.

Check-in was a nightmare, it took over 20 minutes and the member of staff didnt really know what she was doing. She tried to overcharged me for our stay. Also don't understand why they have to take a £50 charge on a credit card for any costs incurred during your stay..... Surely that should just be taken when you check-out. A few of the residents staying smoked weed, so the lifts always had the pungent smell of it. We had a small double & the space between the end of the bed and the wall is very narrow, I had to lean forward to avoid hitting the TV when walking past.

Below expectations

I was not impressed by being faced with an additional £50 deposit at check in especially as I had paid in full. I was also faced with additional car parking fee that was not expected as I had stayed there within the last year. I was dissatisfied that there was not secure lockers in the changing rooms of the leisure facilities. Finally I was disappointed that the bar closed at 10.30pm, especially when budget hotels provide a 24hour service.
