Everything gorgeous hotel , excellent swimming , sauna and steam room . Very comfortable and clean .
Got given a glass of complimentary Prosecco and orange juice for the kids on arrival which was well needed as we were so hot .

All of it. Lovely hotel, nice staff, good service.
Got charged £50 for a bottle of prosecco . Yes we ordered prosecco but wasn't offered a wine or price list so the bill was a huge shock.
Very limited parking so had to use multi storey car park

The bed was small it felt enclosed and restrictive which is very unlike Hiltons I've stayed in
