Noisy. No sleep. Disappointing.

Location

Our room (350), which appeared to have no soundproofing whatsoever, was right next to a fire door. So all night we heard people banging the door with suitcases, the door slamming, people talking outside our room at full volume (it sounded like they were in our room, it was that loud & clear). We hardly slept. My partner complained on check-out and the kind member of staff said she'd talk to the manager about getting some money off.

Great location, near to plenty of places to eat and drink. A few minutes walk from Rock City. Our room was a twin and it was more than large enough for 2 people. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Property was brilliant and all the staff were great. The one older lady who was working breakfast shift can’t remember her name was amazing and always made us feel welcome. Shout out for her. Very clean hotel with a good vibe.

The general noice from outside but can’t be helped. No issues and now negative comments on my behalf as I can’t fault the weekend we have had.

The staff were great A*, especially Otis, he went over and above in our opinion. It was chucking it down with rain and he came out to help us unload my powerchair and luggage. He helped with it all up to the room, gave my husband helpful directions to the nearest car park as the hotel parking was full. I was soaked by the time we got up to the room, we had coats on he didn't! He was helpful later and wished us a good night, as we were going to a gig. The room was clean, well appointed & accessible as promised. Comfy bed, decent TV that you could work out how to use easily. Tasty breakfast and decent coffee. Ticked a lot of boxes for us.

No mirror over a shelf or surface to help with make up and sorting my hair. No shelf near the toilet for personal products. Heavy chair that were tricky for me to move.

My go to place when visiting Nottigham!

All staff were exceptional. The front desk, cleaners, and spa staff were all extremely helpful, friendly, and had a positive attitude. I was greeted with prosecco on arrival, which really made my visit feel special. Facilities were great; good pool, good location and well worth the money. This will now be my "go to" place when visitng Nottigham.

Close to shops and very clean, polite and friendly staff.

Not much just a few tiny things like remote for tv was not working and was no caffeinated coffee in rooms and hardly any milk sachets for two people, but nothing that was bad.

Great location but room a little disappointing

The location was excellent.

We were told we had the deluxe double room which was very small, definitely not what was promised. On the second day our room wasn't serviced properly, the cups hadn't been cleaned or tea/coffee used replaced.

Great location, comfortable… however hotel could be more considerate with noise

Great location- didn’t need the car the whole time! Beds comfortable and decent size room. You can book treatments with a lady that comes and does them from a room at the pool area- she was amazing!

The room was noisy- there was noise at night from the street which I could put up with. However from early in the morning there was constant slamming of doors in the hallway which woke us up- it turned out to be the cleaner leaving the doors with the locks open so didn’t have to keep using key card- not great.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed at this hotel to visit the Christmas Market. On arrival we was welcomed by friendly staff and was offered a welcome drink. Our room was clean and spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious especially the freshly made omelettes.

i payed £250 and the room was no bigger than a single bedsit , u could not swing a cat in there to the point of suitcases piled on top of each other. just super small and £250 be honest shocking , i could of got premier in room triple the size half price ,

The location is brilliant for going to the shops. Breakfast is really good as well and very relaxed

First room that was meant to be an upgradefelt like they were pushing us into the loaf. The room was freezing and smelt damp. The walls were all marked. the room didnt even have any water / coffee etc. felt like we were no a valued customer. We asked to be moved and then they put us into a double delux rather than a king which we had paid for. the room again was cold and we had to get a heater from the hallway. The shower was really poor, there was no pressure. not what I expected for the cost and the hotel brand.

Room was extremely small and very small wall space between window/wall and bed. Very small space left in bedroom when case was in place. Shower pressure not great. Wanted to iron with the ironing board provided but did struggle as there was just no room.

The room is so unbelievably tiny and a giant bed is shoved into the space resulting in mere inches around the bed, especially on the corner where it nearly hits the "closet" shelf where you could hang things. It's just super uncomfortable.

Great rooms and location, but unnecessary mistakes in the booking process really took the edge off.

Upon arrival, the wrong room had been reserved for us, we had requested a twin but was given a double. We were in a rush so they took our bags and assured us that this would be sorted upon return. Sadly, when we returned a good number of hours later this hadn't been rectified which took over an hour to then resolve.

Booking error was very frustrating. Staff were great and very accommodating but this was a simple error that could easily have been avoided and rectified quickly.

Overnight stay for concert

Great ocation right in the heart of nottingham. Close to all ships, bars, and restaurants The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, free welcome glass of prosecco on arrival was a nice touch, rooms were a little on the small side but very clean looks like theyve recently been refurbished. Will definitely stay here again.

Leisure centre and proximity to the centre.

Only one lift for a property of that size is rather poor. A constant wait for the lift If you had bags. Otherwise, we just walked as it was not worth waiting. Neighbouring room kept his TV on until three in the morning.

Our stay suited the reason we stayed in the Hilton . We had access to the town and to our booked event . Parking was and our staff was exactly what we wanted to meet our needs Thankyou to reception staff and the breakfast staff which we found helpful and friendly.

Very unsatisfactory, absolute waste of my money.

Convenience to city Centre

I’ll be honest, being double charged for breakfast, having my parking ticket validated only to still pay the full price for it. Definitely will not be visiting this place again. One step out the door and you got huddles of rough sleepers on the street right outside smoking who knows what and approaching you as you leave. Honestly just making it a very uncomfortable area to walk around late at night! Id stay away from the Hilton and Nottingham as a whole!
