Location was perfect.

We had a private bathroom, but other occupants were using it and nearly made us late for check out.

Absolute banger of a hostel

Everything was excellent. The facility was clean and stocked with lots of amenities. Staff were very friendly, chatty, and accommodating. The rooms were the right temperature. Toilettes were pristine. The location of the hostel is central to all of Nottz. Really one of the best hostels I've visited.

Ideal value stay.

Staff were incredibly helpful & kind. The room overlooking the front courtyard was quiet and light. Room a good size & everything I needed. Was able to leave luggage until I was able to check in/out. Amazing value for location - just 10 minutes from Rock City, 10 minutes from the station.

Friendly and clean hostel

Really conveniently placed, short walk to station and short walk to the small concert venues around. The staff member I met was really friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. If I need to stay somewhere in Nottingham again I’ll be back.

Cheap, lovely staff, good central location but broke shower and wifi not working.

The person on the front desk when I arrived was absolutely lovely.

The bit that hold up thr shower head was broken show the height of the shower was very low. Also the wifi was awful and considering the phone signal was also not great, this was an issue. I was supposed to have a meeting but had to cancel it.

Great location, well-run place, good value

Great location, friendly and helpful team, comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Lovely communal lounge and well-stocked kitchen.

No WiFi in the room. Tea/coffee station was on the ground floor, so I had to take hot drinks up several flights of stairs and through heavy fire doors to the room, which was difficult. Would be nice to have something on each floor or in the rooms that are more difficult to access.

Location is great. Is good for cheap a stay over after concert or show.. Have stayed at least twice before, staff real friendly.

Removed bedding on morning of leaving as is requested, was shocked with the mattress protective sheet. Obviously very old and stained covered in lots of hairs, because of this we won't be returning. 😕

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Great, quiet location. Loved the mushroom duvet covers in the rooms. Bathrooms were very clean (besided clogged drain.)

Carpet in the treehouse room could use a hoover: lots of hair and hair pins. Shower drain was clogged--yuck!
