Great stay!

The owner Tadz was a lovely guy and extremely welcoming and accommodating especially when we arrived quite late close to the cut off of check-in, breakfast was perfection and when in Nottingham again this will be our first port of call for sure!!

A hidden gem.

A lot. This budget hotel deserves to be full at all times. The rooms are quite lovely. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast is so nice. It's very close to the Beeston railway station. Not far from Beeston town centre. The arc cinema is one of the best in the country.😊✅️

Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were well appointed and had a good sized en-suite. The owner was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was well cooked, with good quality ingredients. This is a hidden gem!

Welcoming and comfortable

The owner was friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Full English breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. We will definitely stay again.

Parking was issue but this is out of the owners hands The hotel was basic but clean Friendly welcome. It was what I would expect for the price. There was not the ability to order breakfast on the day. You had to pre oder as a guest. This was not made clear on the secure booking website, I would suggest that information is added as this would not be aissueif booking direct with the hotel. Overall though no complaints

They did not even let me in. I booked an early booking on Booking.com and there was no one at the property when I arrive

Last time I stayed it was actually pleasant, nothing special but a place to rest up and a breakfast in the morning.

No one was there to welcome me to the hotel, issue keys or answer the door! I didn’t stay but was still charged. Very disappointed.

Lovely staff, clean, cosy room

Really friendly welcome, breakfast smelt great (I had to go as they were cooking), clean room, good parking, nice area and location. I walked to the nearby marina and had a drink in the sun.

The room felt pretty cosy with 70% of the space affected by the roof. No window (but there was a skylight).

The bedroom was very small and not much space for storage. Also the shower in the shared bathroom ran cold for a while before eventually heating up to be able to have a shower.

So if you want acres of marble in your bathroom or 7 different types of pillow then this is not the hotel for you. If you want a friendly personal human service. A breakfast that is fresh and cooked just for you. A spotless room and someone who knows your name when you arrive then this is perfect.

Ok for a nights sleep, but the shower was useless.

Clean and quiet in a reasonable location. The check in was quick. I asked for some ice for a cold drink and the guy just said no we don't have any! I am sure he must have a freezer in his place? I was just wanting a bed and shower, the bed was ok and clean the shower was useless. No pressure and cold!

Coveniently located for attending Nottingham Open tennis and for visiting son and family. Excellent breakfasts and obliging staff. Also despite my wife and I having to travel separately on this occasion there was no problem in parking both cars.
