Great stay for a night.

Reception, building and room were very nice.

The AC system didn't make any sense to us. We decided to turn it off and we had a great night. Tried the AC it got very warm in the room very warm air or freezing cold air.

It was an amazing stay, i loved the hotel. I would definitely come back when I visit Nottingham again.

The lights are not dim enough and could use a bit more brightness. The tv could use a cast option.

Convenient for our visit a welcome upgrade to the room

Very spacious and well equipped room with plenty of storage and hanging space, power sockets, large TV screen, comfortable bed, large bath and well appointed bathroom. Good welcome on arrival.

The room heat settings had been left with the air con/fan on high at 24 C so it was initially really uncomfortable (becoming dehydrated overnight) until I opened windows (during the snow storm) to reduce the temperature to regulate the temperature. This took a surprisingly long time as the window openings were limited.

An absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing. Loved the text message I received from Hassan after checking in and going to the room asking if everything was alright with the room.

A tiny lack of attention. Whilst Hassan did not check in myself and friend it was another staff member. We are both female but the text massage was addressed to “Mr…” Whilst NOT the hotel fault (I hope), my friend dropped £70 cash somewhere between the lift and the bar area which did put a dampener on our stay as it was not handed in.

Brilliant, perfect set up to help me do my course.

Chosen for close proximity to a course venue in Nuthall. Public transport hubs (tram & bus) essential for me as a non driver. Availability for half board booking necessary as it is out of the way. Attractive frontage. From arrival (cookie nice touch)to departure the service and care were exceptional. First floor room 151 was lovely with great ensuite facilities, easy access by lift, overlooked back parking lot but not there for the view. Breakfast had a large range of options, dinner was delightful, with 2 courses from the Table d' Hote covered by the meal deal allowance. I must say that Haikel (H) and his restaurant staff were wonderful, welcoming, attentive, polite and a credit to the company. They all made my stay that bit more special, making me feel a valued customer. Thank you H. I hope to see you again on another visit.

I can't fault anything in the hotel. My walk from the tram stop at Cinderhill was much longer on arrival, as I took the wrong exit (don't use stairs).You need to take the pathway alongside the rail, go along the tunnel, follow a short circular path on your left, which brings you out to Cinderhill Rd. Cross over, turn right and go down towards the roundabout. Turn corner and hotel approach behind the bus stop. I found the short way on departure (7 mins).

Great location, staff need more training.

Brilliant location next to tram station so simple to get into the city centre and free parking. Great price for dinner, bed and breakfast.

Staff didn't know what was going on. I had dinner and breakfast rate, staff serving had no idea how much the credit was or how it worked. Got charged by reception for me evening meal too and had to request a refund. Bedroom lights did not work and sofa bed was very dusty.

Mixed bag experience.

The staff were welcoming and polite. In particular the restaurant staff and bar staff. When we checked in they gave us a cookie which was a nice touch. In the room the baby crib was in good condition. There was a robe and slippers in the room which was nice. Plus a fridge with complimentary water.

1. Adjoining room with a baby did not feel safe. 2. Our toilet was leaking all over the floor. Staff did give us towels to put under it. 3. Sink in the room was blocked too 4. The location offered nothing to do without driving somewhere else. 5. To get to our room we had to cross a carpark every time, rather than being in the main area, so in the rain this made it challenging with the baby. 6. The plug sockets were humming near our bed. Overall, I don't think the room was suitable, we were told it was an upgraded room. This concerns me as so many things were wrong with the room.

Good central location. Great size TV in room. Toiletries supplied so didn't need to use any that we brought. Good Selection of food for breakfast. Plenty of parking. Rooms clean and tidy.

Cooked breakfast items could have been warmer - some items were cold. Mattress too hard for our liking.

Disappointed , a lovely modern building that lacked soul

One hard fried egg left, a desert spoon of beans left , no butter pats, only margarine, Asked if we could have some butter and was bought a 1 lb lump in a bowl. Sugar bowl empty on table, asked for sweetners 2 packets bought

Asked for an assessable room, but although very nice was too far away from the lift and amenities to walk for my partner. Having asked if there was another room more central was given the perfect room adjacent to the lift and amenities only 10 people in the bar area were our evening meal was served no atmosphere

Just the garden beds outside the hotel windows in the rear part of the hotel could present better for a better first impression of the hotel when you walk to your room from your car. Even if you were to just get rid of the weeds Other than that it was great
