The room was great, Reception staff were very helpful and the Location is great. Will be back

A good size Sink and dishwasher. Parking was excellent and was great, under the hotel and secure. Location near to the Theatre and city centre shopping couldn't be better. Staff on reception were very nice and polite

Great location.parking £10 overnight (book it) immaculate clean studio

Staff greeting & check in was easy & very friendly. 122 Studio room was perfect. Bed comfy. Sofa too. The kitchen was immaculate. Shower was amazing. Definitely stay again Didn’t take included breakfast but looked decent for tea & pastries.

2 chairs instead of one for the table for late night supper would have been handy. But we didn’t ask so still 10/10

City stay for Comedy event

A nice offering, croissant, microwave, drinks station. Really nice touch for Valentines day was the small heart lollies on the bed 🥰.

All great, no issues, so impressed we will use this company again and will recommend to friends too.

Great location for Rock City. Ideal for our stay!

Very clean, the room smelt lovely when we entered. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for Rock City which is why we were in Nottingham and only a short walk into city centre shops. Parking available either at the hotels own carpark or the Q-park where you can charge EV vehicles

Great little fine for a city centre, has all amenities and more. Will return.

Great location for the xmas market. Fabulous rom with more than we needed. Croissant and coffee on the morning was a nice touch. Fabulous friendly receptionist, Slovakian lady (apologies I forgot her name)

Superb

Excellent value for money. Room was great. A very comfortable bed and kitchen facilities. The hotel is right next to Rock City in the centre of of the city. Parking was £10 which is very good from my experience of staying in Nottingham

Lovely rooms, great facilities.

Studio room was excellent. Double bed, sofa bed, and kitchen. Bathroom has a great shower and underfloor heating. Bed was very comfortable. Loads of room for our dogs, and very friendly staff.

Grab and go breakfast this morning. Coffee machine was broken, and there were only Nescafe sachets in the room. Croissants were dry and stale. A coffee machine of some sort in the room would have made it so much better.

Outside noise - we were at the rear on the second floor, from the accommodation opposite, people shouting & dogs barking late at night. Coffee machine in reception was broken throughout our stay

Absolutely loved it

It was probably my favourite stay ever! The room was comfortable and gorgeous, the staff was so helpful and kind and the place was literally a minute away from where I needed to go. I would love to go back and I will recommend it to anyone.

Nothing to complain! Maybe the only possible suggestion is to have more options to grab a last minute drink or snack (maybe add a vending machine apart from the small food corner on the ground floor)

Would definitely reccomend for someone wanting to stay in the centre of Nottingham

Good location, about 20 minute walk from the train station and about 10 from the city centre but lots of tram stations nearby. The check in process was very easy and very helpful staff, the room was very big and gave everything we needed, the bed and the sofa were super comfy. It was an ideal location for what we had planned. Check out was also easy with free coffee and croissants for the morning and they allowed us to leave our bags in the hotel after check in for the day.

Only complaint was that it was a bit cold in bed.

My stay was one to write home about. Truly amazing.

The room was perfect, the different lights and light switches was amazing, the curtains were fantastic i had a great sleep, bed was comfortable and i like the kitchen area where most things are already there like the plates, utensils, kettle etc, the bathroom was exceptional, the little sofa with the desk was amazing, the switches for the lights right next to the bed and the bedside table were nice too, the room was just amazing if i do say so myself and i definitely will be booking again.

My only issue was the size of the TV it was a bit too small but apart from that, the room was 11/10

The room was comfortable, warm, sufficiently equipped, a decent size and very quiet indeed. It was right next to a car park (which Roomzzz had a discount for) and within easy reach of the city centre.

I didn't need breakfast but maybe it would have been helpful to suggest local places to get that?

Great City Trip - highly recommend

Very central to the city, parking is available (we didn’t use this) we used park and ride into the city from Phoenix Park. Tram stops 2 minute walk away. Room was spacious and clean, and great added features such as the free tea and coffee and water station, an a Crossiant in the morning. Patrick (on nights reception) was fantastic checking us in and getting a room, which accommodated my mobility needs. Tatiana (days reception) was also lovely and friendly and helped us during the day during our trip.

Nice spacious room, everything you could possibly need already in the room, without having to ask at reception (ironing board etc) very clean and modern, full sized fridge and even a dishwasher. The only thing we didn't have was a kettle but as soon as we mentioned it to the reception 5 minutes later one was delivered to our room, we were also only a couple of seconds away from the free tea and coffee machine anyway so it wouldn't have been a problem. Location was perfect for us being next to Rock City and the rescue rooms. All in all brilliant, we shall definitely be looking for a roomzzz hotel everywhere we go from now on.

Can not fault this place at all, better and cheaper than premier Inn. Great facilities, clean and comfortable, staff helpful. Rooms are decorated and finished to high standard, didn't want to leave.

On site shop prices a little high and complimentry crossiants served in the morning could have come with butter and jam. I think parking charge should be free as well.

Affordable close to city centre

Very clean, good facilities and very close to the city centre. We went to a concert at the arena and were around a 7 minute walk. The bed was very comfy also, and complimentary coffee and croissants in the morning.
