Clean, friendly staff and good location
Glued down rugs. No coffee available on the day and parking was quite hard

Staff are very helpful. This is in a great part of Nottingham, right next door to NTU Business School and Rock City so great for those locations. Everything was brand new and pristine. Free coffee and croissant downstairs in the morning. There is a car park at the hotel and one right next door.

Very high quality. Great location. Can walk to several good restaurants (covering a very wide spectrum of cuisines), shops, grocery stores, the big Waterstones bookstore etc. Service was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. The furniture was of very high quality. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room, providing new sheets and towels etc
Could add something to the breakfast, which was just plain croissants and coffee. Not the greatest for people whose bodies don’t handle carbs and sugar well. Maybe boiled eggs would be a good addition.

Clean, well.equipped, comfy bed, secure parking.
We checked in, picked up the room key and went up to the room only to find a coat and a bag of clothes in there already. Upon calling reception they asked us to return to reception to change rooms, no sooner had we put the phone down someone (the room occupant) came through the door and looked just as confused as we were! We changed rooms but this made me very uncomfortable and the receptionist couldn't have cared less.
The coffee machine was broken when we went down to make drinks in the morning so no morning coffee!
