Great location, parking nearby and discounted. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We were woken early by staff chatting loudly on the corridor. This went on for a while meaning we couldn't get back to sleep.

Great location, we were a bit early for check in and one of the staff was very helpful in getting us a room.

The shower floor wasnt clean, and the tv didnt work, when we tried to put in on there was electrical sounds.

Great location near everything we needed. Booked it as it was cheaper than places like premier inn and didn’t expect too much but it was such a nice hotel and exceeded expectations.

Amazing stay, ideal for Rock City venue

Location was perfect. .barely a 20 min walk to train station, easy to find. . Warm,friendly welcome at reception. Room was a fantastic size! Spotless! Huge bed which mas so comfy! . Window opened which i always prefer to air.con. . .weather was very cold outside,but heating system wôrked fantastic. . . Tv was huge! Bathroom was very spacious,with a massive bath! Lovely toilettries. . Breăkfast had a great choice, included gluten free bread on request. . Service at reception and breăkfast was great. . . Very quiet and slept amazing. . 2 min walk to Rock City which was main purpose I booked. .

Breakfast room was abit chilly today, but weather outside was extreme! Would rather be colder than too hot though,so wasnt a problem to me. .

Very close to Rock City and The Rescue Rooms. Great staff particularly Nadine on reception when we had a small issue with the room. She resolved everything herself, much appreciated.

Location superb for theatre royal where we saw a show. Friendly staff & very clean, ok breakfast.

Level 6 room the shower pressure was awful, had to stand on the plug waste! Reserved parking space under hotel very tight to get in, wouldn’t book if you have a 4 x 4 or large suv. The strong arm door closers on the double doors in hotel have a large metal box hanging under the frame, over 6’2” you could crack your head- wouldn’t take a lot to sort that! Small thing but no bananas at breakfast and the bacon was like leather- such a shame because the other breakfast items were lovely.

It was clean, the staff were very friendly, it has a car park and is so close to the theatre and good pub. Also the bedroom window still opened 👍😄 Had a small issue with the heating and the maintenance man was straight up to resolve it. 😊

Amazing city centre stayover.

Stayed in a Premier room (111) which was spacious and a very comfortable bed. Large screen Tv, drink making facilities, free wifi and even a robe and slippers to use. The staff were very attentative and the lady who was working front of house in the breakfast area was amazing. So friendly and welcoming and even bringing over a custom fried egg to the table. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty. there weren't any car parking spaces to reserve but i was given a 50% discount code to book at the q-park just around the corner which discounted the parking to a very affordable £13.
