The City Pad

Self contained apartment so no breakfast, location was excellent for someone if you wanted to explore Nottingham and it's surrounds. In what I'd consider a studenty part of the city so plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and the like. Transport links were excellent as well, compared to what I'm used to anyways. A little bit of a trek to figure out where you enter and the building itself is student accommodation except for the 4th floor which is 4 apartments. But even with that in mind, plenty to do and explore around the area itself.

The booking process in general was convoluted and the auto responses when attempting to figure out everything was frustrating to deal with, to say the least. Eventually an actual human will be called to intervene and dealing with an actual member of the team dealing with the booking process will be far more beneficial in my opinion to disregard the auto-responses and become irate until an actual human shows up in the messages. However the convenience of location comes at a fairly steep set of requirements and bloated additional fees including a 100 pound security deposit, cleaning fees and the actual cost of the apartment itself make this a location/stay for those with proper "fuck you money".

The staff the maintenance man called silveu not sure how to spell his name went above and beyond too help us out and he's an asset to your company the room was clean and very comfortable, I will definitely come back and that's because of the customer service by silveu what a legend.

Lack of human contact

It felt secure and was clean.

We struggled to receive the email with the codes as this was not received until numerous phone calls and text messages despite the promise of 24 hour support. The staff who eventually helped us, were helpful.
