The bathroom was really great for staying for a week, plenty of space for toiletries and would have been fine even for two people. The bed was comfy and the kitchen facilities were really good considering the price. There was also plenty of storage (chest of drawers, hangers, shelf, bedside table) which was great when staying for my placement. The property didn't have opening windows but I was given a tower fan without needing to ask for it, and even during a very warm 2 weeks the flat stayed cool enough. On the ground floor, despite looking out right onto the street, the noise was really minimal and the window coverings meant I got lots of light but no one could look through the windows into the flat.

The desk chair was broken when I arrived: it was replaced, but I did report it first thing when I arrived and I had to use the broken chair for two days before reporting it again and it being fixed. The WhatsApp chat is an AI, which is fine, but there was a member of staff at the property most of the time and it would have felt much more personal if I could have just contacted him. Also, the key check in was great for people arriving out of hours but the fact I didn't speak to a member of staff meant I couldn't ask things I wanted to know, like how to get to the lounge or where the bin storage were, which were things the AI didn't know.

It was well sized, clean and in a great location.

The ceiling fan wasn't very powerful and the room got quite warm.

It was a studio flat and the bed was comfortable

Could have been cleaned better, very dusty. Hairs found in the bed, drawers and bathroom. To get in and out of the shower very narrow.
