    Pool was nice need to clean the area . Around the sauna door. The spa wasn't working. Room lovely staff nice. Bar area great

    Generally Good But one of our rooms has issues with aircon and asked the night staff for help. But they replied that it’s weekend and no service so they can’t help at all. It’s really disappointing. Alternatively, they should have offered another room but they don’t have that kind of sense.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a great location just north of Nottingham city centre. Parking was really convenient, with plenty of spaces available to the rear of the building. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though the décor was a little dated. Breakfast offered a mix of cereals, continental options and a cooked breakfast. A bit more variety would have been nice, but that’s purely down to personal preference. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

    The bathroom water is going down so slowly it overflows to toilet. Reception speed is so slow we have a long queue, it’s not even a peak season. Room is tiny, the safe box can’t even fit an iPad. Sauna is broken so we can’t use it. Parking is 12 pounds overnight, which is quite expensive for this location.
