Great location, super easy check in and out, landlord was pleasant

En suite is only one room and no other bathroom for other room so was hard to manage in the night time Smelt of smoke (cigarettes) that didn’t go away by opening window

I personally didn't enjoy arriving in the dark but that was nothing to do with the accommodation or the owner that was just the time in the eye arrived due to personal circumstances

Handy place to stay, nice hosts

Served its purpose, host was nice and helpful, advides us on good places to park up. Little converted garage situation thats been done up nicely into two insulated, and fully fitted flats with tv and wifi and mini fridge & tea/coffee station. Comfortable and convenient. If it were a hotel room itd be a decent size.

The room smelled like weed throughout our stay. Actually caused us to get stopped by security at the gig we were going to cause they could smell it on our clothes which was quite funny but others might not be so laid back. Only downside of the actual flat is that theres no hallway or foyer to access to bathroom, so you have to walk through a bedroom to go to the loo, or through the lounge/bedroom if the other person needs to get outside.

Good location, just 6 minutes by car from the city center.

Bathroom’s heater wasn’t working at all so really cold to be in there. Also bathroom’s tap didn’t have hot water.

A perfect stop

The space was more than adequate with 2 separate bedrooms with big comfy beds. A kettle, microwave and tea and coffee were available and a fridge. Easy instructions to find the flat. Check in a breeze, communicate excellent.

Covenient location close to the city and clean accommodation with comfortable beds.

Comfortable beds and clean facilities. Water provided in jug. Ideal for a short stay. We were out in the city and literally just slept and washed there. Close to city whether walking or getting a taxi. Owner very friendly and very good communication.

Even though there was a microwave and plates and cutlery, I didn’t feel it was a suitable place for cooking/a longer stay as no kitchen sink etc.

Fantastic Value for Money

I recently stayed at this apartment and found it to be an incredible deal for the price! The location is super convenient, and the space was clean and functional, with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. It is warm with a comfy bed and has a food station with a microwave. The aesthetics were okay, with the decor being fairly basic. It could use a bit of sprucing up to add some personality, but it didn't bother me much given the affordability. Everything was maintained and the host was quick to provide clear instructions for check-in and check-out. They even kindly allowed me an early check-in. Overall, this apartment is a steal for the price and perfect if you're prioritising budget, location and parking. I'd happily book here again - Four stars!

OK for the night, but not as described

This is just about alright if you just need a bed for the night (the sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable, although the pillows weren't so great). The check-in was easy and there was somewhere to park on the street outside. It was a short walk to some decent restaurants and convenient for central Nottingham.

This property is desperately in need of some TLC and a good clean. It is bare and uninviting, but it could be so much better. Some parts were OK, but there was dust, cobwebs and stains too, with patches on the paint where other stains had been covered rather than the whole wall redecorated. The two bedrooms are poorly described on booking.com. A home would have a kitchen, maybe a separate living area, but once we realised it didn't, there was no information about whether it even has a fridge (it does - a small, slightly leaky one). There is no 'dining table' unless you count a small coffee table. The sofa is so uncomfortable it made it almost impossible to watch TV unless you want to stand (this was mentioned in a review in 2023 and it's probably the same sofa) and the bathroom is only accessible via one of the bedrooms, so make sure that you know who you're staying with well. The heating is not in the visitor's control which would be fine except it was 6 degrees outside and it didn't come on (it was too late to contact the host, so we didn't bother him).

Great apartment for a short city stay.

Good location in central Nottingham. Very easy check in and check out = just turn up and let yourself in. Two double bed rooms, one has the TV, one has the bathroom and toilet. There is a kettle (tea & coffee) and a microwave and fridge if you need it to heat up some snacks. Park on the street right next to the property. Great value for a couple of friends (or two couples) to stay overnight after an event in the city (like I did). Clean and comfy rooms in a quiet residential neighbourhood with no hassles. I would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay to explore a beautiful city

Lovely clean and modern flat with great facilities, the most comfiest bed ever, great sized en-suite and perfect location for exploring the city with excellent vicinity to bus stops. Owner very quick to respond to messages and very helpful and friendly. Can highly recommend this accommodation!

Good location, nice accommodation, great price, FANTASIC host.

The property was really close to the city centre - £5 in an Uber. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The host was fantastic allowing us to check in early and sent us lots of information about the local area for food etc. Loved that we had access to Netflix and Prime. Made our girly evening fab with lots of choice for things to watch. This place has everything you need, fridge, tv, microwave and lots of tea/coffee.

There are no negatives for this property.

Cheap. Simple. But everything you need for a short no hassle stay. Close by to where I needed to be and easy to find thanks to the helpful instructions. And very easy to check in. Very clean. Comfy. Good communication from host. No problem whatsoever.

Great hosts, easy access and parking, close to shops. Lovely little place and great for short stays.

The host was really lovely and the place felt secure and safe, parking was a big plus for the price of the accommodation. I was really happy that there was a microwave and fridge in there which made it easier to feed my very fussy child.

Although it had been cleaned prior to arrival I felt it was in need of a bit more tlc, there were little holes in the quilt cover, marks on the walls and carpet looked quite dirty in places. Couldn’t alter the heating setting so it did get quite warm while sleeping.

Quiet, comfy flat which is perfect for a night or two. The place was very clean with everything you need. Plenty of tea/coffee and plates & cutlery supplied incase you order a takeout. Beds were very comfortable and a nice bathroom. Great communication from the host and let us arrive a little earlier too. Good value for money.

The flat only has one bathroom which is located in one of the rooms so you have to go past the other bed to reach it. It didn't bother us but it's not very clear on the listing and might be an issue for other people.
