Apart from the above issues, we had a good stay and would return.

Very spacious, and furnished well.

Could be cleaner, the kitchen was greasy in places and the oven was quite dirty. The blind in the bathroom was broken so was the lock. It also got quite cold in the evening, maybe the heating needs to be set higher for when guests are there.

Decent, had parking and 4 double rooms in a nice area of Bristol. Close to sea mills station.

Clean, had double rooms, had all the amenities, close to a train station and lots of parking on street as well as one at the house. Lovely blossom tree outside too.spacious dining room and living room was a good size for board games. Generally speaking the house was decent but there were a few improvements that could’ve added to the stay see below. I saw this in a practical manner as a homeowner myself- I reiterate we really did enjoy our stay none of the rest took away from the weekend, but theres no denying the house needed some (minor) fixes doing.

The upstairs bathroom door was difficult to unlock once locked and had a knack to it, there was two light switches in the bathroom one didn’t work but it wasn’t clear which one- would be good to get rid of the unnecessary one, one of the bedrooms doors didn’t close properly, the front door itself was really hard to lock and unlock. The shower box room lock also didn’t work so we came up with a system of putting a sock on the door to show it was occupied. The taps were stiff and wouldn’t open and close nicely without making dripping noises. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the dishwasher despite trying to turn on/off switches at the mains. The house needs odd jobs fixed here and there as a homeowner I know how annoying these little jobs are but they are worth doing as I did get locked in the upstairs bathroom immediately after entering the property and had to yell out for help. These little things make a huge difference.

Tila was fantastic.

Nice lovely large double beds. Good location, quiet are. Tila the host was absolutely delightful and her communication was amazing.

Couldn’t find a duvet for the sofa bed downstairs sadly but didn’t reach out to the host to check. Door and lock in the main bathroom was faulty.
