Perfect location for getting around Bristol
For the room we only didn’t like that there wasn’t a mini fridge and the shower water didn’t go down until turned off. Reception, for checkout we asked if there would be someone around at the checkout time and they said yes and that we could leave our bags. There was no one there and we had to get another person who was checking out to call the service number to which there was a bit of a rude answer

The venue was at a good location not to far from town. The beds were clean.
There was not much presence of team at the reception. While the rooms were there just to sleep in. They were not clean at all. I found a dirty plastic cup wedged behind the radiator behind the curtain. The floor was dirty. The bathroom was suffering from mould and the floor was filthy. The shower was broken and the toilet had not been cleaned under the seat.
