Nice breakfast included in the roomrate
Rooms a bit tired and ( although it didn't worry us) there was noise from the bar at night even though we asked for a quiet room. This is well flagged up in the property description.

Convenient central location to meet daughter living nearby, and to walk into the City. Also the option of the secure parking in a busy residential permit area. Attractve bar and restaurant on site.

Good location . Parking option great . Staff just lovely . Breakfast outstanding . Had a meal too which was lovely .
1 tiny negative . bathroom rather tired , needed new silicone … could have been a bit cleaner cleaner . Some hooks would be useful to hang coats etc especially when wet. Drinks were really expensive .
