    Over 30 emails back and forth until the booking was confirmed. Finally got access codes an hour before arrival. Room was much smaller than the photos portrayed. Once the booking fee was paid, we then had to pay another £100 in casd of any damages. Very stressful. Won't be returning to "YourApartment" Not recommended
