Great, all-new affordable apartment in the heart of Clifton Village.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with well-equipped kitchen and modern furnishings. Everything seemed brand new The best kitchen knives ever. I enjoyed working in the shared work space on the ground floor. Clifton Village with it's independent shops, pubs and restaurants at the doorstep.

We struggled with the heating a little, and this was addressed effectively by the on-site team.

Great location, and very clean

A light switch on onside of the bed, the room smelt of cigarettes, disguised by an open window on our arrival, and not commented on when I gave feedback. Great idea, poorly executed. The car park was a bonus, but sharing it with a homeless person was less than ideal

Cold apartments with a weak shower

The location is good and the rooms are a fair size. There is some basic kitchen equipment.

The rooms are cold. I have stayed in two different rooms here and they were both cold. The heater can only be set to stay on for two hours or less and the duvet is very thin. I asked for more bedding but this was not possible. A portable heater was provided. The showers are weak so factor in extra time to have a shower. The car park is small and often full so don't count on getting parking. The entry instructions are incorrect as lockboxes have been replaced with doors with codes. It was only luck that I managed to get into the apartment when arriving late at night. Warning was not provided on booking that the apartments and hallways are being repainted. I was only informed the day before after which a refund was not possible. The work is disruptive and I was woken up by noisy decorators talking in the hallway.

Awful place to stay. Owners, managers not interested in resolving anything.

No hot water, Informed of refurbishments the day I was arriving Apartment 4,5,6,7,8 on same floor was being redecorated and had no guests. Room 9 the room I had, was only apartment booked on that floor! Paint fumes from all rooms and corridor could be smelt inside the room. Microwave rusty and very old, would not heat anything in there. Standing water on floor , arrived at 9pm at night and water still there in the morning and when I got back after business 5pm next day. Iron board had to put on floor, didn’t stand and the material was stained and ripped . Stained walls, and cupboards which had not been cleaned . Cutlery draw and contents , not cleaned Sheets didn’t look clean , few stains Lingering smell as soon as you open door of grease that is definitely not from a previous guest so looked at the filter and the abstractor hood, filthy and appeared to have been there since apartment was built. Disgusting. Never used anything in that place. Which was the whole point of booking this place and not a hotel. BIG MISTAKE . Car parking is limited as advertised but can only park 3-4 cars at the most. Depending how others park in the small area. Made a complaint the night I arrived and nothing changed at all. All the other reviews on various websites are true to what people say about this place. The managers do not care and have no interest in rectifying anything. Sent evidence of condition to the reservations team. Aneta from company apologised but she knew exactly what she had to say but did nothing about it!!! Do not stay here, seriously complaints are ignored. Please read other poor reviews, they are as accurate . Wish I had looked at these reviews before booked! Paid £85 per night for a solo visit and the place was tatty, unkept, unclean, poor standards and no hot shower, stayed 3 nights !!! Didn’t move me to another room or offer to exchange microwave or clean anything.

Disappointed

The many builders I met were very friendly and helpful and the location is ideal, especially as it was necessary to spend a lot of time away from the apartment during the day.

It was a building site. The rooms tired and not very clean. They did move me to a different apartment where there was a bit less building work going on but guests should be made aware before they book that noisy and extensive building work is happening.

Fab location, okay for the amount you pay but needs a facelift

Fantastic location & easy to access

We’ve stayed here three times now and we felt it’s gone a bit downhill with the presentation. Smelly halls outside the room, chipped paint work, missing kick board from under the cooker. Bed wasn’t even made up properly upon our arrival

Great location. Good size and clean.

Great location for us and was very clean. Liked that there was a drying rack as it rained almost weekend and we needed to dry clothes. Good shower and bathroom. The room was warm and easy to regulate temperature.

Could bave been more crockery and cutlery. Only 1 breakfast bowl and spoon. Plus not much of anything else. Could have provided more tea and coffee too 1 tea bag and 2 coffees didn't really do the job for 2 people for 3 nights.

Poorly cleaned and maintained. Easy check in great location

The location is excellent. Very central to Clifton Village.

The cleaning of the apartment was poor. There were toe nail clippings and used contact lenses on the floor. It looked like the floor had not been swept or hoovered. The bathroom does not have an extractor fan which works which results in the most terrible of damp smells. The sofa bed was broken so it was buckled and a large bar cut across making sleeping extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was stained and dirty.

Good location near the Nuffield hospital where my daughter was having an operation

Very small & dirty for the money. Shower was particularly dirty, with the shower head adjustment about to break. Fan in toilet which comes on automatically is way to loud. Need a paint and no dish cloth to wash dishes. Other guests ( French) were stuck in the foyer on arrival as they could not find the access code email from Your Apartment. No staff around to help them. Luckily we only had to stay for 1 night.

Good location for where I needed to be in Bristol. The kitchen facilities were good.

It was cold on arrival. We had to use the heater from the cupboard to warm the room up. The fridge was very loud. It had to be turned off at night because it kept us awake. The kitchen extractor fan did not work. It was extremely noisy at night because the windows did not block out the noise from the local bars and street sounds.

A disappointing stay I’m afraid.

The location was great and the price.

It hadn’t been cleaned when I arrived. Some of the fittings were cheap and or broken, and I responded to their courtesy WhatsApp after the first night to ask if I could have more tea bags and that wasn’t actioned.

Check in and check out were very simple and easy, they even left a little goodies welcome box which was much appreciated

When booking, the description said the room was soundproof, although this wasn’t true as I could hear constant noise from both in the apartment complex and outside. Room floor was also quite dirty upon arrival but that was easy to clean up

No one answered my email or phone calls when we wanted to access property. We had to find another hotel and we are still waiting for a refund 7 days after having booked the flat. Ihave sent then countless email and messages on what's app but they still haven't answered.

Room I was given on the 2nd floor was adjacent to the main street. The noise from the windows was very awful. Yes sound prove from noise within the building but from the street? Awful. Windows are not double glazed.

The toilet cistern did not function well and heating needed some experimenting. Overall it was functional but not exceptional. As we did have a parking space that was fine. If we had not got one of the few available spaces the whole property would have been a disaster The initial advert did not make it clear that parking was limited.

Disappointing and unclean. Diffently not as good as previous visits

Our initial apartment was not available due to previous occupants leaving trashed, discovered by cleaners as we arrived. Rang and got a swap, but the new apartment was very dirty as well (I have pictures if you want them). I have stayed here about 6 times now, and the standard is falling on each visit.

Room wasn't neat and tidy

Fire Alarm went off at 3am, and everyone had to evacuate. The room wasn't ready. Cleaners were still there when we arrived after the checkout time. So we checked in at 4 pm.

Convenient and clean good space in nice location

A good space with kitchen, table and chairs and easy access following the clear instructions provided. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. Tea coffee and sweets provided.

No hand soap in bathroom- bed cover was a thin duvet better for summer but a thicker one would be nice now it's turning colder. There was a problem with the heater but after sending a message I got a quick reply on how to fix it. Overall I would stay there again.

I liked my stay. Room was adequate. Nicely decorated, perhaps in need of refreshing. Everything there for 1 person. Bathroom sink, was challenging. A few tweaks and this place would be brilliant.
