Breakfast food was lovely, although we had to queue to get a table which I have never experienced before.
The manager on duty was very helpful with a couple of issues we had when we first arrived.
We booked a room with a sofa bed setup for my son, however when we got there the sofa was not made up. It was very late at this time. We spoke to reception who said they would come up and make the bed while we had dinner. When we came back to our room, a sheet had been put on the sofa, and a duvet brought up, but it has half been put inside the wrong size sheet. We had to go back to reception to ask about this - the manager then came back up to us with a duvet in the correct sheet and pillows.
We had to queue for breakfast which felt very unorganized on the hotels part.
