Working for a week

Clean room with everything you would expect plus fridge and microwave. Car park next to hotel and cheap pub next door Good food in the Air Baloon a flaming grill pub 5 mins walk and a indian restaurant virtually opposite which looks a bit basic but the food is excellent.

There was a nice amount of clean towels and tea and coffee condiments. booking in was easy and we were taken straight to our room.

the mattress felt broken or made out of bad materials. the sheets on the right side just on the side of the matress where your chest would be, there was blood. a small amount but very worrying and off putting.

I would return

I had room 12. The mattress slopes so I slept diagonal. Ear plugs sorted the nose out. The bed apart from sloping was OK and I slept well. Room was fine and the fridge and microwave was a bonus. Booking.com had failed to email the page so I forwarded mine. Hence check in was a muddle. Make sure you type your car reg into the machine in the office. The coupe running it were lovely, I would use them again if I was in the area.

I was shocked on arrival as the room did not reflect the photographs on your site. The room was very basic there was no shower curtain although they did put one up the next day. I thought I could request a breakfast which I was informed no breakfast which is false advertising as a Bed & Breakfast. The beds were uncomfortable. When we were getting ready there was a man who poked his face through our open window. I did send a message to your complaints site requesting to contact me urgently with no response at all. As we were attending a wedding the next day we had no time to arrange alternative accommodation. I now have received a parking fine fine for parking in the B&Bs car park I was not made aware I needed a permit the women that let us in and showed us to our room did not mention about a permit. Overall experience was bad.

Cheap place in good position. The staff was also kind.

There was no real breakfast in the room. Only a few tea bags, instant coffee, and a kettle. That's hardly a breakfast. The room was also very noisy because of the traffic outside.

Whenever you book for an accommodation make sure you give them a call before your check in time.

Breakfast was just all lies.!! I asked for breakfast the next day then they replied that they don’t provide it. So, they need to refund 10 percent of my money.

The window lock in my room number 6 was broken, I couldn’t lock it when I leave for work in the evenings. And the shower curtains has some fungal on it, when it gets wet it smells. The toilet bowl is to weak - when flushing there is definitely NO water power to push out the waste.!!

distance from town, on busy dual carriageway which was noisy with traffic, 1st turning to get back into town was 1/2 mile up the road.

Bristol visit

Reception staff were lovely very helpful moved us to ground floor due to my partner being on crutches .room was ok lovely shower room microwave and fridge in room.large TV

Pillows were shocking! Bed was comfy but definately need to invest in new bedding and pillows .also bedside lamp and better curtain or black out blind would improve stay
