Location was great, security non existent

Comfy beds Clean

No lights outside, had to go down stairs to a very dark basement, property looked uninhabited Door to the room didn’t shut, let alone lock

Attempted break in at 5 in the morning, awful parking. Useless staff that didn’t seem to care about the problems we had

Basic accommodation in good location - clean room and comfortable beds but overall basic facilities.

Location good for city centre. Beds were comfortable and house was generally quiet/undisturbed.

Basic facilities and one bathroom shared between several rooms. For the price (£75 per night), slightly disappointing.

Lacked substance but was ok

The room was big and would have been more welcoming if there was some pictures or something. The room was bright and the bed was ok. The person who I spoke with was very nice when I had an issue and did everything to resolve my issue. The property was absolutely fine and it was a shared bathroom and kitchen. I never used the kitchen so I can not comment on that. But it looked good and there was plenty of plates and cups etc..

The room was very basic and more basic than the price suggested. There was no TV or kettle or anything to make it a bit more comfortable. The plugs were limited and there was no light when you turned the main light off. So you had to walk to the bed in the pitch dark. If they added a little stand with a kettle and tea, coffee and some milk pots or something it would have been much better. There needed to be something on the walls as it was very bland.
