Perfect location and amazing value.

Proximity to Gloucester Road was perfect. Parking outside. The room was like brand new new.

My issue were not with the property but other guest. Having to ask people to be quiet at 12:20am was not ideal and the selfishness of other guests to cook the most overwhelming smelling food is baffling.

Fab value, needs a little love!

Great value for money! Easily accessible from the centre by bus and a decent little room.

Shower did not get hot, sink was semi blocked, and the soap dispenser was broken so I needed to take the top off to use it!

My stay was comfy and cosy.

The room size was great and had a nice view. Clean and tidy private bathroom and overall comfy bed.

I don't have any major complaints. The only issue was carrying the large luggage upstairs.

Clean & quiet room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Wifi was good. But the room was a bit small, no room for even a small desk so as to do work on my computer or as a writing desk. Had to do computer/paper work sitting on the bed. I dare not drive my rental car into town, so it was about a 2 mile walk to center city & sights. Nice walk though, lots of restaurants & bars. The place is on a busy street, so don't get a room at the front of the building! Plenty of easy parking out front on the street.

I had checked my wifi before I left my previous hotel, and no communication from Norfolk House or Booking.com as how to check in. Fortunately, another resident arrived shortly after I arrived, and he phoned the contact number for the information as to how to check in & which room. If he hadn't showed up about the same time as I did, no telling how long I would be waiting at the front door to check in!

Great location, and exceptional value for money.

Excellently situated for Southmead hospital. Ample parking. Great communication from the owners. The kitchen was well stocked and the access to more milk and tea bags was well appreciated

The rules said we had access to the kitchen until 11:30 pm however when I got back at about 10pm the door was shut and there was a big party of people in there. I felt awkward in barging in. Quite dated in my room tho plenty of towels and tea bags.

Excellent value for Bristol

The Guest house was extremely good value for generally very overpriced Bristol. It is near important bus routes so easy enough to get to and only 1 simple change of bus when I left for the airport. I cannot rate the staff as I didn't encounter anyone but the check in and out instructions were good and very clear so there was no need. The room was quiet and comfortable. The house facilities were good. I will definitely look this Guest House up again should I return to Bristol.

Maybe some soap or shower gel would be of benefit in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was a bit patchy

I needed somewhere for an overnight stay. There are remarkably few hotels in this part of Bristol. The hotel was perfect for my needs but would also be great for a longer stay.

Beautiful 19th century house, with original features in perfect condition. Quiet, and a friendly welcome. Spotlessly clean and freshly decorated. Nice and warm. Pleasant park just over the road. Easy to get to town via Gloucester Road.

Brilliant stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good location with central Bristol just a short bus ride away. We’ll definitely use it again.

On Booking.com it says breakfast is included, but at the property you have to pay extra. Not a huge issue just something worth noting.

Friendly welcome, good location. Property on main road but room on top floor at the back was good and quiet.

Not a game changer but lack of TV channels? Only there fur one night, so not an issue. Room basic but again, ok for the night.
