There was a bar next door playing loud music until the early hours of the morning we stayed on a Friday night

Brilliant location. Friendly reception staff.
The bathroom needed a new strip on the shower door and limescale cleaned from the frame. I expected a fridge to be in the room. One lift was out of order for our stay. Breakfast, too many guests attending at the same time meant a long wait for a table.

Perfectly located for the Beacon and the docks with SS Great Britain and great parking on site
The room was very small and the carpet was dirty. The chair was badly stained but the staff provided a replacement. One of the windows would not open and the air con was noisy with no remote control.
