Customer service was excellent, even got a courtesy call before my stay. The room was good for my stay, clean and comfortable. What was a first for me, there was the usual tea/coffee but additionally a cafetiere with proper coffee, fruit bowl, packet of sweets/biscuits. Location was quiet and only a short walk to main Clifton area of Bristol

A bit tired looking, need better signage to get to the rooms.

Perfect little stay, just what I needed. Had a single room, very clean, modern bathroom. Complimentsry tea/coffee, biscuits and sweets. I have stayed in hotels that are listed buildings before that were damp and mouldy but not this place! Can't commend the staff enough; especially Rhianne and Sian on reception, Io on reception in the evening and Katya on reception on the morning. Super friendly people! Love the vibe of the whole place.

Breakfast was a little slow, but they were down a chef and the staff were doing the best they can with a busy room.

I needed a place next to my friends hotel. Hot water all the time, great bath.

The matters was either old or extremely used. Very uneven. The room was very small and located in the basement, with no elevator and difficult to find (carrying suitcase and crossing many safe doors). The window didn’t close.
