Lovely house spacious rooms good value for money

Couldn’t get into the property the key pad and code took several attempts to enter when arrived late and no one to answer buzzer Couldn’t get in at all the following morning after an early walk had to go for a coffee until my sister was awake to let me in

Beautiful property, lovingly converted. Great room and good access to shared spaces. The room fortunately had great windows for he view and the breeze in the 30 degree heat. It also had a fan! The manager was lovely and really helped us out when we needed a bit of extra time.

Our room was on the top floor which was a tiring climb in the recent 30 degree heat. Not really within the hotel's control though.

Everything. It is absolutely Jaw dropping. Attention to detail is just fabulous friendly breakfast served by the super gal, Karen

No TV in room SYCAMORE Was moved to a massive room ELM with TV but was not plugged into terretrial TV aeiral via antenna. Youtube and catch up was available though,

Location perfect for Bristol Uni area - in our case graduation Stylishly renovated Georgian building. Clean, comfortable room with wooden floors and sash windows Staff friendly and helpful, allowing us to access some facilities when we arrived early and provided good communication by text before and during stay. Appreciated having access to the shared lounge and kitchen with fridge and freezer. Parked conveniently at the multi storey West End car park 5 mins walk away.

The only issue was we had difficulty sleeping due to door slamming from other residents and from external noise due to having the windows open as it was hot. Can't blame the hotel for that though!
