Beautiful stay in a very central location!

Really beautifully decorated, quiet even though it was very central! Staff were also so lovely at doing extra bits for my husbands birthday which was so sweet

Really good - I would use this place again.

Breakfast cooked to order - excellent quality. Evening meal good, choice perhaps a little limited, but well prepared. the staff were all polite, friendly and very helpful. They arranged a taxi for us and even walked up the road to check its arrival.

The only possible fault I found was that the floor of the shower cubicle was a bit slippery, but I am elderly, so perhaps a little more sensitive than most. otherwise everything was really good.

A magnificent place to stay ! We will be back ….

What a Pub / Hotel - unbelievably happy with our stay. Modern, well decorated and mega comfortable. Stayed on business in Bristol for many years. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for sometime. I travel all over the world and this was literally a 10/10 - thanks everyone, great effort all round.

Excellent accomodation- facilities a- staff professional and location superb.

On the Friday night there was only one chef- it was chaos and the waiting time was ridiculous- we left to find another restaurant. On Saturday morning we ordered breakfast - 4 of us only and 2 other people ordered before us. 50 minutes later ours arrived - cold - wrong breakfast - meat instead of veg full English - other meal ok fourth luke warm. The couple meal came without all items. Staff appreciated the meals were poor and very very late. Chef on duty had difficulty coping.

Please read above - food poor Waited 50 mins Next day Sunday my friends all ordered it looked good.

Great rooms, nice location, reasonable pricing for central Bristol.

Lovely rooms, great still, right in the centre to easy to get out and about, would strongly recommend.

Walls seemed a little thin and could hear out neighbours quite easily but wasn’t a big issue at all.

Cute 1920s style room. Loved it

Very good but not as good as I expected

The location was ideal for an evening show we had booked in the city centre.

There was a lot of rubbish littering the backyard access from the hotel to the street outside.The size of our room was a little disappointing as it was on the small side although this may have been an oversight on my side as it was described as a "cosy room".

Massively exceeded expectations, and we’ll definitely stay again when we’re back in Bristol.

We had an amazing stay! The room was beautiful with lovely décor, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very attentive—our host upgraded us to a suite and surprised us with port wine and cookies, which we really appreciated. The woman who decorated the room with balloons, flowers, and birthday cards for my fiancé went above and beyond—far more than the few balloons I asked for. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Bristol!

Lovely stay in Bristol

A really nice place to stay in central Bristol. The Art Deco ambience is lovely, and the room is very cozy with a large, comfortable bed. We had both dinner and breakfast here, both were excellent. We highly recommend it!

location was good. I needed it for access to hospitals, it was excellent for this. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated and well heated, Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant stay with unusual attention to details which made the stay remark.

Beautiful design, attention to details making the stay personalised. Staff attending and understanding. Touches that made a difference with excellent value for money. I’m considering coming back to Bristol to stay there. Hopefully I’ll be able to afford it.

Beautiful rooms in a Central Location in Bristol

I hadn't realised Hort's Townhouse was part of a Youngs pub. Having stayed in rooms over a pub before Hort's exceeded my expectations and I was sorry I was staying just one night. My room and the decor was just lovely. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and great.

The TV was a pain in the room as you had to chromecast. As I was travelling alone for work I was in there for a while. I did work it out ok but that's a minor really as everything else was excellent.
