Great location and breakfast but nearly everything you'd expect from a holiday inn was broken!
The breakfast was great and so was the shower
Avoid the 6th floor! The air-conditioning was broken and when we got into the room there were two heaters that had been on all day, when we spoke reception they removed one of the heaters and provided a fan. It did nothing to reduce the temperature in the room and was hot all night. Also we got a premier king room but the duvet we had was stuffed into a double sheet and had a lot hanging out of the bottom. Also on the sofa bed we had the sheets had holes in them and was damaged and the spare pillow was dirty. As mentioned the shower was good but there was a jacuzzi feature on the bath, this was not working. The TV was on a cabinet that was lower than the bed so it couldn't be watched and it didnt have any of the connectivity that usual holiday inn tvs have,

I loved the hotel, everything was perfect, except there was no safe place outside to sit and relax

Really nice staff, decent value, comfy, right in the centre.
Good buffet style selction of cereal, cooked, fruit, toast, teas, juices etc.
The description says parking included and there is a huge banner on the car park area saying complementary parking for hotel users, yet you had to pay over £20. They need to change the signage and descrption for that.
