Lovely room , upgraded foc . My partners birthday and a complimentary box of chocs were put in the room
Spa very small , steam room not working
5.0 / 10.0
Was close to pubs and restaurants so we didn’t need to walk far
The bathroom area was to small although it was nicely decorated, modern, the headroom getting out the shower was to low, Hit my head a number of times.
The sauna being closed would have been good to tell us before we booked.
I booked this night away for my girlfriends birthday again just would have been good to now.

The location was excellent.
It took over 30mins to get a hot drink st breakfast and then when served the cafetiere was only hot water; no coffee. The breakfast was 45mins, and then elements missing. The advertised 20% discount for parking didn't materialise. Their discount card didn't work.

Easy to get to. Great location, staff made to feel welcomed.
The spa facilities were very nice but there is an overcrowding issue. Spa is not the biggest so felt very crowded when I went.

Central location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and loved the Gin in the decanter in the room.
Bathroom had a strange smell - but accepted this as it’s an old property

The spa is really nice I do wish you could just go down whenever you want, the location is amazing your a 5-10 minute walk away from pretty much everything in the centre
One of the pillows was still dirty after being delayed going into our room as it wasn't ready, at night you can feel the bass from another event being held in the venue

Central location and comfortable attractive room
Staff weren’t as accommodating as I would expect

Location was next to everything!
Some parts of the spa were closed for repair and they did not tell us in advance of our stay

Loved the comfortable bed, my family and l all has some rested sleeps after our journey from London.
Didn't like dripping water running down wall from bathroom above us. I has some personal items on the window sill which got wet but other than that mishaps all good.

I liked the location
The noise in the room, a generator buzzing all night, the room was extremely cold and right next to a lift shaft. I did let the team know - they said they would let the manager know, but I was given an email address to contact. Which was a shame as I gave the venue an opportunity to correct the situation face to face. But they choose to let me walk out unsatisfied.

The best hotel in Bristol. Just amazing! Loved everything and great value.
The spa was brilliant and the room was so comfy and luxurious. It was a splendid stay.

The location is fantastic and the hotel provided that immediate sense of relaxation. My wife and I stayed for one night over the weekend and were upgraded to a better room free of charge!
The spa was cramped and overpopulated; there are time slots that people have to abide by but it was obvious that people outstayed their time and therefore made it difficult to experience all facilities.

Everything.
Only staying for 1 night!

Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful
Not the best designed hotel. A little unwieldy.

I was unexpectedly upgraded and that was lovely. Friendly staff. I come here often for the spa facilities and twice I have stayed over to enjoy Bristol and visiting friends. The location is ideal. If/When you have a late nite, lovely steam/soak/massage and breakfast to help you on your recovery. I went over to St Nick's Market and enjoyed the fresh vegan/vegitarian cafe inside- but spoilt for choices on the delicious foods available - not just the good food in the hotel. :D
Can't think of anything at this time.

It’s in a beautiful old building in a central location. The check in staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were able to leave our cases in the lobby as we arrived early and they were waiting for us in our room when we got back from lunch. Very comfortable beds and everything we needed was in the room, including complimentary bottled water.
People chatting and laughing in the corridors close to midnight, but even though we were in a central location with quite a few bars around, we heard no noise from outside the building on a Saturday night.

5.0 / 10.0
The staff were friendly and the building had lots of character
Spa/gym was much smaller. Both treadmills were broken as was the hydro spa (main reason for booking)
Rooms are not soundproof so we were woken up at 5.30am both mornings by deliveries/road cleaning etc

The spa was excellent and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable
The massage was excellent. The hotel is in a brilliant location
The shower was Luke warm and so we had to move rooms and the first room was very cold.
The continental breakfast was very limited
The hydrogenated pool wasn’t working although we were given a discount as a result

Comfy beds...
Breakfast was cold and dry...The festive meal was cold and so dry...to cut into the roast potatoes shook the whole table where they were so hard ...making them not -edible...the food overall was appalling...never again will i eat at the Bristol Harbour Hotel

Very boutique and welcoming
The hydropool wasn’t working but was offered a discount on the spa that was more than reasonable.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Nice little spa downstairs. Just what I needed after an all nighter at a Sub Focus gig.
Nothing I didn’t like.

Great location and friendly staff
Noisy in the early hours with local bars unloading bottles at 4 am

There was a beautiful Christmas tree. There was a lovely spa with a small swimming pool, sauna, steam room.
You can’t park outside the hotel. You can walk along small street which has no stones. It is harder on the other streets if you’ve got a suitcase with wheels.

Good location, clean hotel
Room was cold and air conditioning control didn’t seem to do anything
9.0 / 10.0
Great location, but you can’t park not even a taxi drop off outside the hotel.
There was a function until midnight on the room underneath my room.

Nice spa
Gates close so you must ring door bell to be let in late at night. Staff do not like a friend to come into hotel for a short time.

To get to room, 4 different stairs (no elevator), passing by dirty kitchen, no real window on bed room

Didn’t breakfast
The old building is stunning but the interior doesn’t match it at all sorry.
I asked before arriving to have my room ready for 1pm
and I was sure that it was ok but the welcome was not friendly and I had waited for the room a couple of hours (It was my birthday and my husband came in Bristol from Paris for first time) So my hotel experience was a little bit confusing.

Very friendly and efficient staff.
My room upgrade which was very comfortable
Good cooked breakfast
The spa was disappointing as I didn't realise how small the pool was. However, the staff kept numbers to a sensible level so that everyone could enjoy it as best they could. The price was quite expensive.

Reception Staff where lovely and very accommodating, easy check in, room fab, spa and facilities were great and the decor was beautiful
Unfortunately the pool was unavailable due to the chemical balance but didn’t really dampen our stay

I had a lovely very comfortable room, with bottled water, coffee machine and a desk so plenty of room to work. I enjoyed it, and felt safe there.
Nothing to report.
7.0 / 10.0
The rooms were spacious and modern, it’s very close to the city centre.
The spa was good and enjoyed the gym.
The staff at the restaurant needs training with understanding the menu, I think they were new. They need to inform the customer that there is an extra charge to order from the breakfast menu.
Also I got charged another £10 to use the gym and spa facilities because I booked from booking.com. I think you need to include it in the price in future regardless where I book the stay. We went to the restaurant for lunch and therewas a bit of a wait even though there only 3 tables of customers.
I booked a taxi from the reception (your partner company) and it took over 40minutes to arrive, which caused me to be very late for an important business meeting. The reception service was great though. She was very apologetic and keet ringing the taxi company to chase them up.
Apart from that I have no other issues.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and will be back for definite.

The bed was all right.
The room was without a proper window. I was shocked when you pay £200 night. Really bad air in the room. They hosted a 1AM party next door.
