Great location!
Our room was very dated and tired. For some reason, hotel reception smelled of eggs constantly!

Good pressure hot shower
Always good when you can open the window for fresh air in the rooms
12 noon check out very helpful
Fresh fruit and yoghurt at breakfast
Some horrible breakfast ingredients - tasteless sausages, cheap bacon that actually still had some bristles attached, cold and grey scrambled eggs. Toaster didn't toast properly. Very poor quality bread. Rank coffee. 'Juice' tasted of slightly coloured water.
Breakfast staff were really morose and looked very badly done to - I know its not a great job but I have done that kind of job a lot and really hope I didn't look as if I was doing everyone a favour just by turning up. Or maybe someone not treating them well at the hotel making the so fed up?
The room lighting is really bright so not at all cozy.
Was a bit gross when going to bed (not really late, maybe 11pm) to see that guests had put their room service food out in the corridor to be collected and you were still walking past the same trays all congealing the following morning when you walked to breakfast at 9am. Maybe someone could clear them at some point overnight?

A good value hotel close to the city centre and plenty of bars and restaurants.
Car park was tricky to find and entrance to hotel is not obvious. Also be aware of driving in clean air zone.

Location was good ,
Breakfast , Continental was ok but the cooked breakfast was awful and not worth £12 per person . Scrambled eggs was black , the bacon was very dry and couldn’t even chew. Sausages overcooked and hard.

Location was great for easy access to city shops and restaurants. Quick check in, friendly staff.
Room basic and not very comfortable though adequate for one night stay. No view - window looked out onto a concrete wall.

bed bugs, room was never cleaned properly, under the bed was full of dust; staff could be more service hospitality oriented. - some need to learn to serve the customer.

Clean, comfy beds, nice helpful staff.
Small room, very basic, twin beds too close together, bathroom like a pod which felt like a caravan, with a door that only shut properly if you slammed it (rm 129). Could hear loo flush from other rooms. Noisy as so close to bars opposite. Tv poor quality with minimal channels. No non dairy margarine/butter at breakfast which was frustrating as a vegan.

the staff were lovely..
my room had drips of something in the wardrobe that didnt smell pleasent. i was really disappointed that my view was a tatty back service area. it felt clostrofobic.. hated the wood chip on the wall.. my bed was 2 single beds put together and it dipped on oneside. really uncomfortable. left with my back aching... The room was just aweful. I didnt have a shower because the wall was dirty.. probilly the most unpleasent room ive ever stayed in. the lighting was poor. i couldnt see to put my make up on. the mirror was no where near the vanity desk. The floor was so hard to sit on.
To be honest ive stayed in better hostels.
I think the room should have been priced arround the £55 to £60 mark.
i can safely say i will never book or stay in another ibis. Its a shame because your loby was exceptionally welcoming.
The maid knocked my door at 8.30am which made me feel I had to leave. i found myself explaining my plans to her.
sorry but never again..

Central location and all facilities that one might need. The parking arrangement with Millennium Square was extremely useful. Being able to bring our dogs was a huge plus for us too.
The odd noisy guest returning late to their rooms on Saturday night / Sunday morning.

The bathroom was plastic and outdated. I slipped in the shower and there was nothing to hold on to. The step into the bathroom was awkward, especially in the dark at night.

The hotel was nice , staff friendly and helpful . Room was exceptionally good as I have a mobility scooter but a long distance for my husband who is 90 years old to walk.
The breakfast was awful. The scrambled egg was a greyish colour and everything was cold . No hot plates. Even our dog refused the sausage I couldn’t eat. Toast tea was ok,

The location of the hotel is very central and ideal for exploring Bristols attractions. The room was clean, modern and comfortable.
Although in a good location, there is no on site parking so you have to factor in additional expenditure for parking fees. The room has no fridge. You only get a bath towel and no hand towel. The breakfast was OK, but the seating area is very small for the number of guests and you sometimes have to wait to get a table. With parking fees and including breafast it averages out at about £150 a night for a double room, so on the high side for a 3 star hotel.

The staff were really friendly when checking in and out. Hotel was in an amazing location. Rooms were lovely.
I had to wait a while to get checked in and some people cut in front of me in the queue.
