Le Duplex Rouen Cocooning Rouen Centre Parking

A charming apartment with a lovely courtyard, located very close to the historic center. There were enough towels for four people and everything we needed; the room also had a coffee maker.

Parking was very important to us. The listing said it was right under the building, but that’s not true. It's a long public parking lot located about 400 meters from here, if you're lucky. We ran into a huge problem—the parking pass didn’t work. On the bright side, the host responded to messages right away and did everything he could to help us get into the parking lot, but unfortunately, the issue couldn’t be resolved, and we were simply advised to slip in behind someone else. In total, we struggled with this for over an hour when we arrived, and another hour or so when we left the parking lot.

Appartement mignon et bien agencé, en plein centre ville de Rouen. Il a toutes les commodités avec quelques kits de bienvenue pour bien entrenir les lieux. Les informations fournies par l'hôte sont claires. Le logement était très propre, les lits confortables, l'immeuble silencieux (il ne donne pas sur la rue, il est au fond d'une cour) et bien entretenu. Apparemment le café était bon ! Nous étions 4 et il était amplement satisfaisant pour une nuit. Sympa pour se reposer et découvrir Rouen.

L'appartement est mansardé (surtout la salle de bain), c'est bon à savoir pour les personnes grandes. Un peu limité au niveau de l'eau chaude. Il est bien pour 4, un peu juste pour 5.

L’appartement est très propre, le bâtiment est très calme et très sécurisé.

Rien du tout franchement c’était Nickel.

Accommodation was fine and comfortable.

Purposely booked this for use of private parking as have a van. There was no parking for guests only permitted residents. Had to park 15 min walk from property as narrow roads with very limited parking. Host messaged day before stating there was an issue with the gates into the parking access and plenty of space outside property which was not true.
