One of the best holiday locations we have had

We stayed at this apartment for 4 weeks. It has an central location 3-4 minutes from The Notre Dame Cathedral. The city is very compact and pedestrian friendly. Wonderful owners who were more than happy to help us with a few queries - rubbish disposal, recycling etc. we would return in a heartbeat if we didn’t live on the other side of the world

Excellent location. The owner was very easy to contact regarding miscommunication from booking.com on accessing the property. She was excellent in solving the confusion caused thro incorrect email information.

The position of the lock on the entrance door to the apartment meant that it was necessary to kneel down to unlock the door.

Great stay in a comfortable and characterful flat with a perfect location.

Excellent location, with many restaurants and sights of the city within easy walking distance. The flat itself was lovely - a real 'home from home', filled with interesting books, comfortable armchairs and sofas, very warm (particularly appreciated given the sub-zero temperatures during the week we were staying). We appreciated the welcome note, bottle of local juice and snacks left by the hosts.

We found the narrow winding staircase up to the flat on the second floor a bit difficult to manage, especially with luggage (we are 79 and 85, but in good health). Better when we'd got used to them but not ideal for people of our age.

Exceptional location, historical old town, beautiful building/appartment! Character! Clean! Beautifullly renovated, everything is there and working! Wonderful Library, you don't want to leave! I should not write this, because, I want to return, and now it might not be available anymore!

Comfortable short stay

Great location to visit Rouen city centre with everything in walking distance; apartment was comfortable and clean for our two night stay; easy to access the apartment - arrival and departure; information pack available; WIFI and smart TV; toiletry packs a nice touch. Interesting to find out that the owner is an author! Loads of interesting books in the apartment with some being over 100 years old.

Nothing we didn’t like but worth pointing out these items - one cannot drive up to the apartment to unload and load but we managed to find parking not too far away from the apartment ( need to pay 9am to 9pm with Sunday free); there was one towel short; the toilet seat and ‘running’ toilet needs attention. Hardly any shops open on a Sunday!

Aucun contact avec les propriétaires. Des messages envoyés auxquels aucune réponse n' été faite. Très déçue de cette attitude. Conseil aux allergiques aux acariens: présence de plusieurs tapis Absence de hotte dans la cuisine La pose de rideaux occultants serait appréciable dans la salle de bains/ toilettes

Séjour et appartement agréable non reposant du fait du pub ville sympathique

L'emplacement idéal en plein centre ville, appartement agréable et original, literie confortable ... la description est parfaite. Petit mot des propriétaire de bienvenue avec bouteille de jus de pomme de la région. Très sympathique en arrivant et délicate attention Appartement facile à chauffer

Le pub en bas de l'appartement et donc le bruit des gens qui fument et discutent dehors en bas de l'appartement avec le bruit et les bagarres associées (fermeture à 5h du matin) L'appartement n'est pas accessible en voiture il faut se garer plus loin dans un parking payant (parking gratuit à 800m) donc pas pratique pour décharger / recharger la voiture

Localisation ideale au cœur du Vieux Rouen, ambiance chaleureuse d'un appartement meublé dans un bel immeuble à colombages, appartement par ailleurs très propre et bien équipé.

Un store occultant dans la salle de bain serait souhaitable.

Emplacement de l'appartement en plein coeur de Rouen, à 2 pas de la cathédrale, dans un immeuble historique de la ville. Espaces chaleureux dans l'appartement. Mot d'accueil sympathique (avec une boisson) du propriétaire, avec ses livres dans les bibliothèques. Machine à café et dosettes de café disponibles.

La voisine du dessous a sonné avec insistance à 4h du matin à notre interphone car elle a dit avoir oublié ses clés pour rentrer dans l'immeuble.

L'appartement atypique très chaleureux. On s'y sent très bien ! Idéalement situé, la découverte du centre ville, des quais peut se faire à pied.

La différence de température entre les pièces principales et la partie cuisine-salle de bain.

Appartement cosy très agréable, on se sent comme chez soi, dans une rue très calme, et proche du centre ville. Très belles bibliothèques.

Le seul petit bémol, la table de la salle à manger et les chaises en formica dénotent un peu dans ce cadre chaleureux.
