Bel appartement atypique, grand et bien placé
Appartement inadapté à la canicule notamment la cuisine entièrement vitrée. Pas de ventilateur et la plupart des stores étaient cassés. Hygiène à revoir : apaisés et lave vaisselle

Manque d'entretien et d'.hygiène. plusieurs commentaires signalent des problème, mais pas de réaction du loueur. Avons envoyé des photos des défauts constatés, mais je pense que rien n'aura évolué pour les prochains locataires. Le lave vaisselle est Inutilisable, tant son encrassement est important il faudrait le changer. Un entretien approfondi du four s'impose...
