The apartement was well situated for us, in a calm and residential area 15min walk from downtown. It was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Very family friendly with everything needed for kids. Host was very reactive and helpful.
We struggled with finding some parking Although the place is very spacious with a nice kid area on the top floor, however if travelling with smaller kids the steps are very steep and the security is not great around them. I do feel like this is the case in many houses in Rouen ( we visited family and friends whose houses also had very steep steps)

Logement propre, cuisine bien équipée, 3 chambres (une à chaque étage) et 4 lits. Une terrasse avec table. Desservi par le bus ce qui est d’une grande importance car de la gare au logement les rues sont montantes. La communication est fluide avec les logeurs.
Un peu plus de verres aurait été mieux et un couteau à huîtres ça serait bien aussi.

Le calme, l'agencement.le style cosy
Le ménage moyen, l'extérieur pas du coût conforme aux photos au niveau accessibilité. La douche refoulait, extérieur pas nettoyé, chaise cassée instable. Un pied de lit cassé chambre RDC. Bref l'entretien n'est pas a la hauteur du prix.
