La localisation est le point fort , petit studio chaleureux et propre et securisé , à son charme , assez calme, tout ce qu’il faut pour mon sejour d’une semaine. Personnel tres sympatique

L'appartement est bien situé géographiquement. Accès au centre ville rapide. Endroit propre. La personne qui loue est sympa au téléphone, est joignable à plusieurs reprises car nous n'avions pas compris la procédure d'accueil. Elle a appelé pour savoir si nous étions bien installés.

L'appartement est au RDC et à côté de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. Il n'est pas très bien isolé phoniquement et nous avons entendu les résidants les uns après les autres rentrer de leur soirée. En regardant mes mails plusieurs jours après le séjour je m'aperçois qu'on m'accuse d'avoir volé une machine à café dont je ne me suis même pas préoccupé.

L'alloggio era molto carino, curato nei dettagli e pulito. La posizione è buona per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Il ritorno prevede un pochino di salita.

La vista delle finestre da sul muro del condominio di fronte. L'alloggio era a piano terra e per tanto devono essere aggiunte delle tende che consentano la privacy, non è carino svegliarsi con il netturbino che può sbirciare.

C’était propre, un bon rapport qualité prix.

Vaisselle pas très propre (couverts, casseroles et poêles) pas de sac poubelle dans la cuisine. Arrivée et départ laborieux et pas très clair. La porte ne s’ouvrait pas à notre arrivée (même si une personne a fini par se déplacer, et nous la remercions) la porte de l’appartement était fermée à clé malgré le code. Le concierge que nous avons appelé en premier lieu, nous a dit n’être plus concerné par cela. Sans doute un changement d’équipe, toutefois cela ne fut pas très agréable. Nous avons les consignes qui nous ont été indiquées par la personne qui est venu nous ouvrir à l’arrivée.

Siamo stati benissimo

Struttura ristrutturata di recente con tutti gli arredi nuovi . La cucina è chiaramente piccola ma ha tutto l’occorrente. Il bagno ha una doccia grande molto comoda . L’alloggio e’ situato in una zona tranquilla a due minuti a piedi da un supermercato e a dieci minuti dal bellissimo centro di Rouen . Gli host nono stati gentili e disponibili lasciando anche dei gadget al nostro arrivo.

Bien ubicado pero deja mucho que desear.

Por lo demás, no es el peor sitio del mundo: está céntrico, muy bien ubicado a menos de cinco minutos de la Abadía de St Ouen y aunque pequeño no está del todo mal. La ducha es muy buena. Además, la chica de la limpieza es muy agradable y trabaja muy bien.

Se escucha a los vecinos de arriba (que también son habitaciones de alquiler) como si estuvieran en la habitación. La nevera está en el dormitorio y es muy ruidosa. Las ventanas no tienen persianas y aparte de entrar toda la luz no permiten tener intimidad, especialmente grave dando a la calle y siendo un bajo. La tele es extremadamente grande y bastante buena pero está muy mal puesta. No permite sentarse a verla y desde la cama queda torcida. Debería haber una más pequeña pero frontal. Los fuegos de la cocina no tienen extractor de humos (el extractor existe, pero el tubo no, está solo de adorno). Lo peor: la cama es muy muy blanda y se hunde.

Séjour agréable, calme et tranquille !

Moi et mes filles avons tout aimé , même le quartier qui était très calme ! Le lit était très confortable, la taille de l'écran de télévision parfait et pas de vis à vis avec les voisins et une très grande douche !

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré ce serait de mettre en place un plus grand séchoir pour les gens qui utilisent la machine à laver et qui lavent tout leur linge petits ou grands, des épingles à linges, des produits de nettoyage (produit à vaisselle, spray nettoyant et désinfectant), et de contrôler toutes les vis de la table ainsi que des casseroles et des poêles que j'ai revissé moi-même avec une pointe de couteau, de laver les couettes et les oreillers plus fréquemment car tâches jaunes.

Bof

Nous avons séjourné quatre jours dans ce logement. Globalement, l’appartement était satisfaisant, conforme à l’annonce, et le propriétaire s’est montré respectueux et à l’écoute — ce qui est appréciable.

Pas de stationnement donc pour trouver une place dans la rue ou aux alentours c’est « au petit bonheur la chance » mais au final on y est chaque fois parvenu. Nous avons vécu une expérience très désagréable avec Vincent, en charge de la conciergerie. Ce dernier s’est montré condescendant, irrespectueux et d’une froideur inacceptable, sans aucune considération humaine, ni même professionnelle. Nous venions de traverser la France depuis la Drôme pour assister aux funérailles de mon beau-père (environ 8h de route en voiture avec 2 pauses de 20mn) Fatigués et affectés, nous n’avons pas trouvé les draps housse à notre arrivée et avions besoin d’indications pour le chauffage, car il faisait froid, notamment pour notre petite fille de cinq ans. J’ai donc envoyé un SMS à Vincent pour lui demander des précisions. Sa réponse a été un appel rempli de mépris : il m’a reproché de ne pas avoir « bien cherché », m’a dit qu’il ne « va pas passer son dimanche soir à régler des broutilles » et que « de toute façon, il n’y a pas besoin de radiateur à cette période de l’année ». Il a ensuite tout simplement raccroché au nez. Résultat : notre fille est tombée malade à cause du froid nocturne. De plus, les deux dernières nuits ont été très éprouvantes : des voyageurs sont arrivés à l’étage au-dessus, et l’insonorisation étant inexistante, nous avons tout entendu. Ce manque de tranquillité nous a empêchés de dormir, alors que nous devions reprendre la route pour un long trajet. En résumé : logement correct, mais l’attitude de Vincent, totalement incompatible avec les qualités humaines et professionnelles que l’on attend d’un concierge, a profondément terni notre séjour. Il serait plus à sa place dans un poste de surveillance en prison par exemple que dans un service d’accueil. Ce manque de respect et d’empathie est tout simplement inacceptable.

A l'étroit et à l’aise

La proximité des transports en commun et du centre-ville.

1° Manque d’intimité du studio situé au rez-de-chaussée: - Les stores ne couvrent pas totalement les fenêtres donnant directement sur le trottoir. - Porte d’entrée de l’immeuble et du studio très proche donc passages incessantd des locataires des autres studios. - le plafond est un plancher et les bruits du studio du haut sont dérangeants (les pas, les paroles et autres, aspirateur). 2° Propreté très moyennes notamment cheveux partout. 3° Manque de d’objets pratiques comme porte savon, porte rouleau toilette, porte essui 4° Studio exigu, cohabitation à deux personnes difficile, pas de place pour la valise, table à manger serrée entre le mur et le lit avec la télévision juste au-dessus sur le côté du lit. 5° Literie avec un gros creux au milieu.

Arriver à 16h cela fait un peu tard , car nous sommes arrivés plutôt pour éviter les bouchons mais nous étions dans l’obligation d’attendre l’heure d’entrée à 16h.

Accoglienza del tutto inesistente. Camera piccola e dotata di letto assai vetusto la cui rete in legno era incline alla rottura ( come peraltro è accaduto).Al telefono rispondeva la segreteria telefonica con molta lentezza negli interventi. La posizione era ottima perché centrale.Impossibilits di parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Correct Mai’s je suis un peu déçue au regard de l’annonce

Cosy mais très petit. Bonne literie. Cuisine bien équipée, salle de douche correcte. Bonne idées pour à laver le linge mais il manque un support linge pour le sécher.

Pour un logement dit de “luxe”, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas à minima un peu de sel, poivre et huile. Les distributeurs de savon semblent un peu usés (pompe à changer). Très bruyant le soir avec les passages dans la cage d’escalier et les voisins du dessus. Dommage!
