Ideal location to explore Rouen, fabulous host, would definitely recommend.

Ideal location on third floor with tram stop outside-4 stops from Rouen centre and with a supermarket at the end of the road and pharmacy below the apartment. The property has a secure garage parking space and a passenger lift. Host could not have been more accommodating and any queries during our stay immediately responded to. All essential items expected are provided in the property on arrival.

Can be a little noisy at night in the front twin bedroom due to road noise and trams however to be expected and the location and convenience made up for this.

Comfortable apartment that is situated within walking distance of the old part of the city. Ideal as a stopover en route to Calais.

The only small negative was that we couldn’t find a plug for the kitchen sink.

Nice Apartment but...

A modern apartment strategically located in close proximity to the city centre. Metro stop just opposite the building. Comfy mattresses. Owner was prompt in answering queries.

Booked a 4- night stay. We arrived after 17:00 and only one radiator was working (and stopped working after 1h). The second room was locked so I called the owner to have the code of it and it was even colder. Luckily there was a split aircon available but it took a while to heat the place. Double bed linen so creased that seemed to have been already slept in. Dirty cutlery and cookware. Freezer needs defrosting. Photo attached speak for themself. The hairdryer was missing, the owner blamed the previous guests for stealing it and refused to supply another one until he was refunded. He only relented once I insisted it had nothing to do with us and we absolutely needed one. Finally Netflix isn't available at all unless you have your own account! So why advertise it? All in all a nice apartment but management should definitely improve.

Amazing overnight stay

Travelling back up to Calais from Dordogne, this was an absolutely perfect location for exploring Rouen. Super comfy apartment, plenty of room for our family of 4. Great facilities, everything you need including a nespresso machine. Aircon in main living area and Dyson fans in each bedroom. Metro station literally outside the front door, perfect for venturing into the city which is only 3-4 stops. Great for nipping in and making the most of the evening

I cannot fault it at all. We lived everything about it, my whole family gave it top marks.

Nice apartment to stay in with a family!

It's a nice apartment to stay in for a few days, even more than one week: a good, calm place, close to shops and the tram station. You can find all you need inside: kitchen, bathrooms, living room, good stuff for the baby (bed, chair, etc) - I've traveled with a child 5 months old. Nabil provided all info quickly and in advance (how to find a building, access keys, and so on). I will definitely choose this apartment once more!

One important remark - quite difficult entrance to the parking, be careful in case you have a big car.

no sheets, only comforter. did not give us codes for entry to building. only inside door code. had a nearby Frenchman call and took about 45 minutes to get us in. absolute nightmare. we were lucky we found him and he was willing to help. ruined the stay!

Very nice two floor apartment, everything is just right, very patient and helpful host!

Actually it was not so easy with the door codes, but the host came and help despite of our late arrival, very patient and helpful host!

Not sure why we didn't receive full information about entry codes and how to get to the garage (it's not easy to find since it's on the back side of the house)

Bellissimo e comodissimo appartamento a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Host gentilissimo, ha risposto velocemente a tutte le nostre domande.

Nelle camere faceva un po’ caldo, ma erano giorni caldissimi, con temperature di molti gradi sopra la media.

Gute Lage, direkt vor der Tür fährt Straßenbahn, zu Fuß sind es 20 min ins Stadtzentrum. Schlafzimmer und Toilette + Bad

Statt zwei Schlafzimmer Ausziehcouch in Wohnzimmer, war offensichtlich nur für 3 Besucher ausgelegt.

Mereu revenim cu plăcere în apartamentul lui Nabil. Suntem deja familiarizați cu locația, cu tot ce oferă acest ap.

Aș aprecia enormă dacă aș găsi o sticlă cu apă ( am avut parte de lucrul ăsta uneori) însă acum ultima oară chiar veneam după un drum de 7h și o ploaie torențială și furtuna și nu am avut de unde să ne luăm . Știu ca nu este obligatoriu dar pt noi ar fi un gest minunat . Este doar o sugestie.

Facilité d’accès , de récupération des clés. Le tramway au pied de l’immeuble permet de rejoindre Rouen en quelques minutes. La déco du logement est soignée, la literie confortable. Ensemble très propre, moderne et agréable.

Il manque de la vaisselle ( verres, assiettes), donc à 4 on doit faire tourner le lave-vaisselle à chaque repas. Il manque aussi des serviettes de toilette, une pour deux ce n’est pas forcément suffisant.

Apartament spațios , structurat pe 2 nivele … parter ( living, bucătărie și baie cu duș), iar la etaj 2 dormitoare cu o toualeta de serviciu și o baie cu cadă . Perfect pt o familie .
