Cozy stay with excellent location, friendly owner.

Thoughtful and beautifully decorated apartment. Plenty of bedrooms with a properly equipped kitchen. Very close to local metro and a shopping mall with everything you need. Extremely helpful and friendly owner who personally helped us to get into the apartment. Driving visitors beware of low ceiling in parking garage, best to turn off automatic lift gates and manually open the trunk doors.

Fab four bed apartment, plenty of space for the five of us. The owners let us access the property early and were very welcoming. Just over the road from supermarket and shopping centre. Easy flat walk into the old town across the river.

We enjoyed our stay in this large apartment, although it was probably a little far from the old town for our young child

Large floor plan with four bedrooms. Quiet, safe area. Located across the road from a shopping centre with full size supermarket. Very responsive hosts who were flexible with check in/out times.

Three flights of stairs to the apartment- challenging with large bags. The pillows need to be replaced. Probably a little far from told town for our young children.

Wonderfully kind and helpful hosts, helped make us feel welcome in Rouen!

Kind and helpful hosts. Very easy to communicate questions to, with rapid response. Parking was easy and secure. Comfortable accomdations for a family of four with two older children. Easy walking distance to everything, plus the metro/tram stop is close by. A relaxing stay after a long flight and drive to Rouen from Paris. We were very glad we decided to make Rouen our first stop during our two week trip, and this apartment was a great choice for our time there.

Nothing! Although others mentioned it is on the third floor, we travel light and were prepared to transfer luggage, so it wasn't an issue. Also, although it was warm out, the apartment stayed very comfortable with windows and fans.

Lovely apartment , plenty of space , really nice shared area. What a superb location for access to the center of Rouen and for shopping. Ellen was fantastic help. We need some extra help with parking - she made every possible effort to help us. Wonderful.

Highly recomanded for families

A wonderful spacious apartment. Very suitable for a family. They even have toys for the tub, baby chair and little toy cars. The beds are so comfortable. We had a great sleep there. Note that it’s on the third floor with no elevator. The nice owner helped us carry the luggage.

Convenient, well-presented, and great hosts.

Absolutely top marks all round for this wonderful apartment. From the start it was easy - the hosts kept regular contact and made every effort to accommodate us, even allowing us to arrive early. The apartment itself is spotless, with great facilities - four well-presented bedrooms, a comfortable living and kitchen area, and all the utensils you need to make meals yourself. It's right next to both a tramline and a major edge-of-city shopping mall, so you have everything you could need close by, and it's a short walk / tram ride to the centre. For those travelling by car, there's even secure parking, which makes everything so much easier. We couldn't be happier.

Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Underground parking. Close to the metro station. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Kids friendly.

The stairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms are very steep and you need to be in good shape to climb them several times a day. The TV was not working, no channels were shown.

Amazing property 5 stars 🌟

This is an absolute gem of a property. The hosts were so nice and helpful, communication was excellent, and the apartment itself is spacious, clean and beautiful. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Just be aware it is on the third floor so you will need to carry your suitcases up some stairs.

No breakfast but the location was near restaurants and grocery stores.

The website gave the impression there were 3 bathrooms. There was 2 toilets and 2 showers, one was in the laundry room. . The only other issue was the lack of an elevator and the apartment was on the 3 floor. The greeter helped bring up our suitcases and helped to take them down which was awesome! Above and beyond. It was a great location for few days or week long trip.

A well decorated, spacious, comfortable and clean apartment an easy walk into Rouen centre. Loads of room and secure underground parking. Great for an overnight stay but would be good for a weekend. Friendly host.

Very comfortable and well equipped

It was thoughtful to provide bath toys for the children and crayons and a drawing pad. The facilities were exactly what we needed. It was also really useful to have a car parking space in the basement of the building.

The only minor downside were the three flights of stairs with a pushchair, but in reality we would stay again anyway as the apartment was so well equipped so this is a minor point.

it’s absolutely massive. Four double bedrooms and spotlessly clean. good WiFi and perfect location - only a ten minute walk into the centre of town - a 5 minute walk to a delightful bakery selling fresh French pastries and breads. Rouen itself is a beautiful city and would make a brilliant weekend away for couples, families and friends. you should note that there’s no lift here and it’s a third floor flat, so a few stairs, but they’d be perfectly manageable for the unfit, but maybe not the ultra old. the flat is in a very quiet area, we were awoken only by the birds. the owner is very attentive and is very debonair. the wife even went so far as saying handsome.

O apartamento é muito amplo, bem equipado, silencioso, com garagem e estava limpo. Está localizado a uma curta distância do centro histórico, sendo possível ir a pé. A anfitriã nos recebeu e conseguimos entrar antes do horário previsto, pois estávamos de passagem. A cidade é muito interessante e lamentamos por termos programado apenas uma noite.

Que es un tercero sin ascensor. Y a modo de sugerencias, indicar la altura máxima del garaje ya que nosotros por ejemplo acceder al mismo. Sí bien, es fácil el aparcamiento en la zona.

Tutto, perfetto. appartamento grande, letti comodi, bel soggiorno con ampia cucina. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. Vicino ad un centro commerciale x ogni necessità. A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro ma anche ben servito da metro e filobus.
