Great property, ‘interesting’ access to the car park, super facilities & a short walk to the centre of town. Really pleased with the whole experience & would stay again.

Nothing, but be aware, the stairs to the 1st floor are very steep & it’s a tight squeeze onto the inner courtyard/parking space. I had a small car, but if you’ve got a big vehicle, go carefully!

It had a beautiful finish to the property. Everything was designed and decorated to perfection.

Exceptionally comfortable and good value place

Loved the electric shutters on the windows (the bedrooms were dark and quite), air con, USB plug sockets, bathroom, kitchen facilities, cleanliness. The level of comfort was exceptional

Bed linen smelt a bit funny - not dirty, but I think it just may not have dried properly. We spent a long time getting in as didn't realise we had to press the key fob to open the gates. It was probably just us being frazzled at the end of a long drive, but maybe worthing making this clear in the instructions

Confort, deco, espace, 3 télés et des grandes!! Cuisine pratiquer, sdb douche très bien, propre. La place de parking gratuite et sécurisée en centre ville. 2 salons au RDC et étage

Manque casseroles (qu’une grande adaptée à la plaque), mais pas indispensable. Produit vaisselle limite et éponge plus récente mais c’est le cas partout.

Tolle Location, wir kommen wieder.

Das Appartement liegt in einer kleinen Oase, verfügt über zwei Etagen und eine tolle Terasse. Vom Appartement geht es direkt in einer halben Stunde in die Innenstadt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Zufahrt von der Straße durch die Durchfahrt in den Innenhof ist etwas schwierig.

Zeker voldoende, enkel de inrit is niet gemakkelijk, maar daar kan de eigenaar weinig aan doen.

Zeer Goede airco, het was nodig. Buiten 34 graden in ze schaduw.

Ee waren geen koffie tassen. Maar we konden andere gebruiken. (Glazen)

L'appartement est situé proche de toutes commodités. Nous étions à Rouen pour un mariage, en famille et avions choisi cette location pour sa situation proche du lieu de cérémonie. Nous avons apprécié la disposition de l'appartement, bien agencé et décoré avec goût et très propre. Tout y est pensé pour passer un agréable séjour. Le +, la disponibilité de l'hôte et le parking privatif dans la cour fermée. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si nous devons nous rendre à nouveau à Rouen
