Agapanthes jolie maison de ville à Rouen avec extérieur terrasse

Easy to get in, big house with many rooms, outside perfect. Lot of kitchenware, blankets etc.. price was also good.

Washmachine was old and broken, pity because we needed to wash. It was very hot and we missed at least fans in the house.

les volumes de la maison permettent de passer un bon moment. jolie maison dans un quartier pas trop loin du centre ville. la literie est confortable. les chambres sont spacieuses. l'équipement bien que vieillissant est complet.

un rafraichissement serait nécessaire pour rendre la maison plus chaleureuse. la salle de douche avec le WC devant la douche n'est vraiment pas très pratique.

Le logement est impeccablement entretenu, confortable et décoré avec soin. Mais ce qui rend ce lieu vraiment unique, c’est l’atmosphère qui s’en dégage : douce, apaisante.

The house was in a beautiful location and the view was absolutely amazing. The living room and kitchen were spacious and the house has a cosy atmosphere if you look past the frugal furnishment.

The house is outfitted with mediocre and lacking furnishment. The beds creak loudly or are way too short and leave your feet hanging in the cold. The chairs and table are on the point of breaking and the couches are not comfortable either. The kitchen lacks some basic material such as pan trivets, cutting boards, cloths, sponges, and more. The cleanliness was also barely acceptable. We had to empty the filter of the dishwasher and some spots needed cleaning like drawers and the cupboards (especially the pan cupboard). The house should benefit from a thourough maintenance and furbish. And if it seems like complaining, we have experienced student housing. And still this house felt slightly grimy unfortunately.
