The location of the place and aesthetic was good.

The place was like a fish bowl, zero privacy, the neighbors were constantly turning on lights and peaking looks. The place has zero insulation and you could hear every noise, impossible to sleep, the place had a bad mildewy smell. Curtains in the hot tub area or blinds would it useable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Location is the top, but photos made bigger expectation. For that price you can find better options.

Location is the top! Unusual modern interior. Free parking (not for the big car).

Poor communication with the host. The Jacuzzi room is located under a glass roof (with no privacy), so we couldn't use it. After the rain, the floor was flooded with water, there was no light in the bathroom, and the internet was down. No answer from the host to fix these problems or even to say sorry about that. No proper ventilation, high humidity.

location is excellent. kitchen is good for short stay.

cellar room is damp, damp bed is uninviting. would not recommend sleeping here with four guests. Our young children were understandably put off by it and ended up sleeping with us on the ground floor. I’ve seen cleaner jaccuzzi’s.

Bad

Interesting apt, but unfortunately infused with a moldy, dank, and unhealthy atmosphere that permeated everything, including our clothing. Walls in the cellar bedroom have black mold from the damp... dehumidifier needed emptying every couple of hours. We stayed only 1 night instead of 3 and so far have not received a response re rebate from our host.

Central out of the box appartement

Charming and. well furnished apartment through styling and construction, very centrally located with good spacious parking garage in the near vicinity. Friendly reception and easily accessible host. Jacuzzi and cozy gas fireplace for the atmosphere.

Not suitable for small children and people with walking difficulties due to the bedroom in the basement and metal grid stairs to get there. Humidity in the basement is solved with two dehumidifiers, which is noisy and they have to be emptied in order to work. Little view or windows. Satellite TV has no meaningful channels. Unfortunately no wine glasses

odeur de produit trop présente dans tout le logement Forte odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain et inondations a chaque douche même en faisant attention Nous n'avons pas dormi pendant deux nuits car la chambre du bas avait une odeur d'humidité trop présente et concernant la chambre du haut au vu de la vie dans le centre de Rouen et de l'isolation nous n' avons réussi à dormir qu'entre 2h et 4h les deux nuits. Nous aurions aussi apprécié savoir qu'il y avait autant de vis à vis pour notre intimité autant concernant le jacuzzi que dans le logement.

Atypique mais pas à la hauteur des attentes.

Le côté atypique

L’humidité est extrêmement mal gérée. Une vraie mise en sécurité sanitaire serait à envisager. Le squat devant le logement est très désagréable. Le parking sans une micro voiture est inaccessible. Le bruit de la filtration du jacuzzi est désagréable pour une nuit calme. Le frigo tombe en ruine.

Excellent séjour au coeur de Rouen

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à L’Atelier 1742. Le logement est plein de charme, propre, bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le jacuzzi privé est un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée de visites. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre-ville, tout est accessible à pied. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette belle adresse !

Bijzonder mooi

Alles eigenlijk. Communicatie via de app ging perfect. Ik werd goed geholpen. De omschrijving was helder maar ik las er soms overheen. Ondanks dat werden de instructies heel goed uitgelegd. Prachtig verblijf mooi concept. We hebben heerlijk geslapen in een bijzondere kamer diep onder de grond van Rouen! Wij komen graag terug!

Tof verblijf in uniek appartement!

Superleuk, uniek appartement! Mooi ingericht en van alle facetten voorzien! Haardje, Jacuzzi, keuken en je waant je in een toffe omgeving! Goed voor ontspanning ook! Ligging is midden in het centrum. Wij waren hier met ons gezin (kleuter en baby).

De kussens van het bed zijn wat plat, maar bed ligt verder prima! De kelder/grot waar je slaapt is het wel wat vochtig (er is wel goede afzuiging), maar dat hoort ook wel bij de experience!

L'accueil avec ambiance musicale, chaussons, peignoirs. La qualité de la documentation sur place pour l'utilisation du matériel. La propreté du logement (jacuzzi, salle de bain, lit ...). Tout était fluide de A à Z.

Le parking un peu serré mais cela est précisé dans l'annonce donc pas de surprise
